Answer: With how many criminals Frank has killed, many of them would definitely want revenge. By hiding in the sewers, there's less chance of him or his hideout being discovered. If Frank lived anywhere above ground, his enemies would be able to find him more quickly and kill him.

Chosen answer: Because of the stink and water, it would be impossible for police dogs to track him. The sewers are also good for quick retreat and hiding.

Question: After reaching Coruscant, why does Qui-Gon tell Chancellor Valorum that he needs to speak with the Jedi Council? Wouldn't Qui-Gon simply report to the Temple once he arrived?

Cubs Fan

Chosen answer: Valorum sent Qui-Gon to Naboo as his personal ambassador, so the Chancellor would expect to discuss the situation on their return. Qui-Gon is excusing himself in order to bring the news of the Sith reappearance to the Jedi Council as soon as possible.

Question: Has Stephen King ever commented on this film? It's an enjoyable film in it's own right but the only thing it has in common with the book is the title and some character names.

Gary O'Reilly

Chosen answer: Several movies (The Lawnmower Man, Maximum Overdrive, The Running Man, etc.) have been made from King stories that bear little or no resemblance to the original story. King has commented that this is unfortunate but normal movie-making.

Question: Does anyone know if that was really Liz Taylor's old house as they mentioned in the movie?

EMTurbo

Chosen answer: Sadly no, it was was designed by architect David Fowler for his mother in 1963, not for Liz Taylor in the '50s as stated. It has since been torn down.

Question: A woman named Hannah Groves is credited in the movie as Rita, but I don't remember anyone named Rita in the movie. Can someone tell me who she is?

Answer: Somewhat confused by this, as a check down the cast listings for X-Men, X-Men 1.5 (the extended version) and X2 (just in case) has failed to show any credit for either an actress or character with those names. Nor is there a Hannah Groves listed on the IMDb. Your information may simply be wrong.

Question: Captain Oveur was saying things to Joey. What I didn't understand is the jokes behind the lines "Have you ever been in a Turkish Prison" and "Do you like movies about gladiators." What are the jokes behind these? Please explain. Thank-you.

Hamster

Chosen answer: All of his questions to Joey are filled with homosexual innuendos; the perverted captain is trying to see if Joey has any such tendencies. In a Turkish prison, men who are sexually frustrated will resort to "companionship" with other men (even forcefully). Movies about gladiators depict ripped, muscular men, and the question about seeing a "grown man naked" obviously fits the pattern.

Matty Blast

The gladiator reference is about Spartacus. There is a scene in there about homosexuality.

What scene are you talking about? If you mean the "snails and oysters" scene, that was not part of the movie until it was restored in 1991.

Answer: I believe this joke is just to make the watcher extremely uncomfortable and it works great.

Answer: Its fairly obvious that its either a learning difficulty or his intelligence is not too high. His character has varied at times, in early seasons he was able to continue simple conversations like in the episode "I Love Lisa". In more recent seasons his character has trouble even doing that and cannot handle even the most simple of tasks.

Lummie

Answer: It is revealed in another episode that Bart had three other friends and for a funny gag showed us Wiggum dropping baby Ralph on his head and then him failing to put the milk bottle in his mouth.

Question: I forget his name, but he's the cop that rescues Max at Fever, and Vincent shoots him. I'm just wondering does he die? It shows him putting on bullet proof vest and it shows he gets shot in the chest so I'm not sure.

Answer: Vincent's standard shooting pattern is established as two in the chest, followed by a head shot. We see Fanning get hit twice in the chest, then, as the camera cuts to shot Vincent, he fires a third shot, presumably into Fanning's head, killing him.

Question: Does anybody know were I could find footage of the Peeves scenes, as I am interested in what they are.

Answer: The footage has never been shown. It's not available to be shown either, but it's rumored to be the same footage when Peeves first comes up in "Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone" on the PS2.

Question: How old is Raoul? In the film, they mention that he and Christine were childhood friends, but at the auction in the beginning he looks the same age as Madame Giry who is old enough to be Christine's mother.

Answer: He is roughly the same age as Christine, who is 17 in the movie. Raoul appears to be in his early twenties. The woman called "Madame Giry" in the opening scene is Meg Giry, who was a few years younger than the others.

An american girl in paris (part deux) - S6-E20

Answer: Stating that a gay couple BOUGHT a child for only a hundred dollars was complained about.

Question: What is that thing the killers (and Sydney) used for the Ghostface voice, and where can I get one of those?

Answer: Type "Scream voice changer" into a search engine.

Cybermoose

Answer: You have to hire Roger Jackson. It's not like they used in this movie an actual voice changer.

Sammo

Question: I have seen on many posters that the tagline for this film is " Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit". Did I read the poster incorrectly, or is there a translation for this?

Answer: "Lorem Ipsum Dolor..." is the beginning of a piece of nonsense text that typesetters often use to hold the place where the actual text will be when it is written. You have either vastly misread the posters or seen a lot of pre-production posters.

Myridon

Question: What happened to the Scarecrow? Rachel just tasers him and he rides of into the shadows seemingly still alive?

Answer: At the end of the movie, when Gordon and Batman are on the roof Gordon says, "The Narrows is gone and we still haven't rounded up Crane or half the inmates of Arkham."

Answer: Exactly. The filmmakers set it up so that he can reappear in a sequel. Comic book villains (in more recent movies, at least) are very rarely killed, they somehow always survive to possibly come back later on. Crane appears in The Dark Knight rises.

Twotall

Answer: He appears at the beginning of "Dark Knight" as a common drug dealer.

JokerInTheBronx

Question: Does anybody know what music the Mexicans are playing in their car? I like it.

Answer: It is a cut/mix of "So Ruff, So Tuff" by Roger Troutman (lead singer of Zapp). I think this is a extended mix of it. It contains the beginning of Zapp's biggest hit "More Bounce to the Ounce" which was off their first self-titled album "Zapp" (1980). This has been used and sampled in Hip Hop songs for over 20 years. Roger Troutman put out his first solo album the next year in 1981 (Many Facets of Roger). This contained the single "So Ruff, So Tuff".

Luna Negra

Question: After the race at the beginning, Dom leaves his car at a car park and heads home. The police stop him and he runs, only to be picked up by Brian. Surely the police would know where he lives and call round later to question him about the evening's events?

Answer: There are two ideas of why the police did not come around. Firstly they might have found out after the car chase that Brian was an undercover cop so it would be more effective to allow him to try and discover information instead of going around and arresting Dom. The other idea is that the police might not have enough to arrest him. Dom was not the one driving when they found him and other than racing, it might be tough to arrest him.

Lummie

Cops are usually completely unaware of an undercover cop's identity. The more, realistic reason is that the cop didn't ID Dom and since Brian's car was later destroyed, there's nothing for them to investigate. Afterwards, they might ID Dom, but there's an investigation on him, so they'd leave him alone.

The One With Russ - S2-E10

Question: Is the guy who plays Russ Ross with a fake nose (or make up), because the credits say Snaro plays Russ, but it looks so much like Ross so can some one tell me who plays Russ.

Answer: It is David Schwimmer playing Russ. A couple of behind-the-scenes Friends books say that he chose to put this in the credits as a tribute to a friend.

Dr Muppet

Question: Jackson, the sniper of Miller's crew, states that if he was in a mile of Adolf Hitler, he would kill him. So, as they were driven to the beach, why didn't Jackson and other snipers try to pick off the the German guys who were firing the at the boats as the Americans left them?

Answer: Sniping needs stability - the movement of the waves under the boat would disrupt their aim so badly that they wouldn't have much hope of hitting anything.

Tailkinker

Answer: Also, the machine gunners were under heavy cover. No one had a good shot at them.

Brian Katcher

Answer: None have been announced. (To update, a limited series, "And Just Like That" is now on HBOMax. A second season has been announced).

raywest

Answer: 'And Just Like That...' is now available on Sky.

Answer: 002 and 004 are both seen in the opening sequence to The Living Daylights. There are also numerous other 00 agents who appear in briefing scenes during both Thunderball and The World Is Not Enough, although their actual numbers are not revealed.
