Question: Not long after first meeting angels, it is established that they do not have genitals, or "junk" as Dean puts it. But in S06E10 Castiel gets an erection while watching porn and in S08E22, Castiel is required to kill a nephilim, the offspring of an angel and a human. If angels do not have genitals how are these two things possible?

Answer: Angels themselves may not have genitalia, but their vessels do. Nephilim occur when an angel in a vessel reproduces.

Greg Dwyer

Question: What happens to Pain and Panic after Hades is punched into the River Styx by Hercules?

Answer: They went on with their lives without Hades' abuse.

MasterOfAll

Question: What breed is the dog that pulls the woman villain through the bushes?

Answer: It appears to be a mixed breed of dog.

Answer: Leonberger.

Question: Does John not care about everyone's safety? I mean, he didn't even ask if Ian was OK and earlier, a guy was saying how John hated inspections because it slowed everything down so, was safety nothing to him? Yeah there was the fences and stuff, but it seems that the only thing he cares about is the attraction and its visitors.

Answer: Yes he cared deeply about safety but he was just so excited and wrapped up in getting the park online and making it as visitor friendly as possible that he lost track of it a bit. Plus he felt the park was already perfectly safe, and the inspections were stopping him letting visitors in.

The_Iceman

Question: In Godfather II, during the attempted murder of Pentagelli in the bar. One of the hit men tells Pentagelli "Michael Corleone says hello" as they begin to strangle him. Why? Mike didn't OK the hit on Pentagelli, did he? Roth and Mike's other enemies could not have known or timed the cop coming into the closed bar, resulting in Pentagelli surviving the attack and thinking Mike wanted him dead. So turning to the FBI and testifying and against Michael.

damselnoir

Answer: That hit was ordered by Roth, purposely designed to fail, and to leave Pentangelli believing that Michael double-crossed him. That way, Pentangelli would testify against Michael. The nerdy cop that "accidentally" interrupted the hit was part of the plot.

Chosen answer: The Rosato brothers hated Pentagelli, so why NOT lie to him? The revenge becomes all the sweeter if he dies thinking he's been betrayed.

Captain Defenestrator

Question: Megatron was brought back through the body of Galvatron because his head was recovered, although Optimus Prime previously stated that Transformers' memories are stored in their Spark in their chest. Wouldn't this mean Megatron would not have any of his memories from before?

Answer: Optimus was being dramatic when he said it contained their memories. Transformers don't carry their memories in their spark any more than humans carry theirs in their soul.

Season 1 generally

Question: 1. Why was Rose not allowed to touch her past self without creating a paradox and causing those creatures to appear and eat everyone, but Amy was allowed to touch her younger self without any repercussions? 2. Why was Rose able to have the time vortex in her head for a few minutes and it only knocked her unconscious whereas the Doctor had it inside him for about 30 seconds and it basically killed him and caused his regeneration?

strikeand

Chosen answer: 1) When Stephen Moffat took over he ignored a lot of what had been developed before (there is not in-universe answer). 2) It would have killed Rose, so the Doctor absorbed the energy. His body regenerated before the energy could do a significant amount of damage that would prevent regeneration.

Question: Regarding that move Hawks does where he lifts his fingers and adjusts then in a different position in order to get the advantage and win, a) what is the significance of doing this (what exactly is he doing) and b) is this even legal in a real arm wrestling tournament?

lartaker1975

Answer: It's a regrip to get leverage. Yes it's legal. The best arm wrestler in the world Devon Larratt does it with perfection. Usually works only in a strap match.

Question: Two people kiss Michael's ring in the final scene. Clemenza is one, who is the other?

Answer: First, Clemenza kisses Michael's ring, then Rocco Lampone. Al Neri is the one who closes the door, but he is not shown kissing the ring.

raywest

Question: Why couldn't the victims just gotten a few antidotes, or maybe even the one in the safe, and shared it to possibly last the full 3 hours until the doors opened before the gas killed them?

Answer: They had no idea how long they would last. They had to rely on Jigsaw's reputation and Amanda's directions as the only one to survive him.

Greg Dwyer

Question: Is there any reason why the EPA couldn't just put the dome over the lake instead of the whole town? I mean, the only thing that actually is causing any pollution is from the lake.

Chosen answer: It's less about containing the pollution itself and more about destroying the kind of people who let it get that bad.

Greg Dwyer

Question: Why is Cargill so determined to keep the people of Springfield trapped in the dome?

Chosen answer: Because he's power hungry and doesn't like Homer wrecking things.

Question: Why did Fleur bring her younger sister to Hogwarts? While Dumbledore is explaining the Triwizard Tournament to the students, there is a shot in which Fleur is shown holding her. Unless she had previously known that she would be chosen as a Tri-Wizard Champion, she couldn't have known that her sister would be needed for one of the tasks.

Answer: Fleur did not know that her sister would participate in one of the tasks, nor did she "bring" her there. Gabrielle was simply one of the students who was chosen to go to Hogwarts. In the book, Dumbledore's purpose in reviving the Triwizard Tournament was to help foster good relations and build strong alliances between the various schools because it would help in the fight against Voldemort. Not every student who went to Hogwarts was there to try and compete in the tournament.

raywest

Answer: She didn't 'bring' her sister. Multiple levels/ages of students from both outside schools attended. Fleur's sister was another student at the school, and happened to also be in the group that went to Hogwarts.

Question: How does the little bomb they plant destroy the door to the vault, and why does the security system in place when Yen is in the box suddenly stop working, allowing them to pack the money up?

Answer: The green gems we see Yen place on the door are actually explosives. When Danny sets off the detonator these blow the hinges on the vault door and the systems that control the field on the ground. Earlier Livingston entered the security room so he has a connection to the security. When Yen entered, he switched the feed to footage of the empty vault.

MasterOfAll

Question: The ship is hit by a solar flare. But in that case shouldn't Earth advise them about the solar flare incoming? It is supposed that the Sun is constantly watched for solar flares, in case a human mission is en route. Shouldn't mission control on Earth be watching for any unusual solar activity to advise the crew? And they could warn them with time because radio waves go faster than solar flares.

Answer: The ship is not hit by a solar flare, it is hit by a gamma ray burst. It is a completely different, much more violent phenomena.

BaconIsMyBFF

Question: What is the beeping noise at the end when the ranger is sitting in his truck?

Answer: It's the alarm alerting the driver that the door is open with the keys still in the ignition.

Answer: I thought that he perhaps put a tracker on her.

Why would a Wildlife Preserve Guard have the capability to plant a tracking device on a human being and for what purpose?

Question: Can you please explain to me how Doc got into the DeLorean from within the truck? Clearly the internal width of the truck is not capable of handling gull-wing doors whilst parked inside. He would have had to push the car out, get in, drive it back in, then remotely close and open the hydraulic door/ramp on the back of the truck. This is one of the things which really sticks out in the film for me.

Answer: The side clearance of the DeLorean DMC-12's doors is actually only 11 inches (less than a regular side-hinge car door). The truck would be around 7.5 feet wide inside, the DeLorean is just over 6 feet 1 inch wide so if it was driven in 4 inches to the right it would be possible to open the driver's door.

Sierra1

Question: Who is the artist that paints Lucy's murals? I would like to buy some of this artist's work. Please tell me it's Drew herself.

Answer: The credits have three different painters listed. They are David Carberry, Cole Chetney, and Samuel Pactol. Since there were so many pieces in the movie it's a pretty safe bet they all contributed.

oddy knocky

Question: Who is the vendor or manufacturer of that pull-up bar stand that Tony Stark is using near the beginning of the movie? And where could I get one?

Answer: An independent guy from the UK called Ian. He's made over 3000 of his product and creation "hot gym".

Question: After the first round of the Drago-Apollo fight, shouldn't the ref have checked on Apollo? He should have seen that Apollo was very weak and battered, and in real life, the fight would have possibly been stopped right there.

Answer: Yes, definitely. The fights in this film have little in common with actual bouts, save the gloves themselves. In the film punches are rarely blocked, every blow has the force of a sledge hammer, and the fighters constantly talk to one another. In reality two fighters would not speak and most of the punches would be blocked.
