Question: It is revealed that same matter cannot occupy the same space. Walker carries his other self to safety after being knocked out. Wouldn't this break those rules?

Answer: At what point does Walker carry himself? Present day Walker is knocked out while outside the house. Future Walker kills the guy and then goes into the house. Unless you're talking about a deleted scene, future Walker never moves or touches present day Walker. Future Walker carries his wife to safety and lays her next to the knocked out Walker.

Bishop73

Answer: Technically, the two Walkers would not simultaneously share the same space just by touching. It was only when the older Walker forcefully shoved the two McCombs together that their bodies melded into each other, and both were destroyed.

Question: Does anyone know what type of shoes the Golden Trio are all wearing in the last hour or so?

Answer: Ron is wearing scruffy, lace-up leather work-type shoes that are most likely hand-me-downs. Harry and Hermione are wearing sneakers (or trainers as they're called in the UK). No brand names were visible, if that is what you're asking.

Tea Time - S4-E10

Question: Mrs. Teleton says that she won't divorce her husband, nor allow him to "obtain a divorce." What is the difference?

Answer: She means she won't allow him to be the one to divorce her; she will contest it and won't sign the papers if he does file, and she will fight any grounds he attempts to file under.

Question: On several occasions (just after he kills Mortiana, for example), Azeem calls Robin something which sounds like 'Sadji'. What is he actually saying, and what does it mean?

Answer: At the end, he says "sadiq", which is an Arabic word for "friend". I don't think he used it any other time, though. Remember that Azeem was only with Robin to fulfill his vow to save his life, not because they were friends. At the end, Azeem acknowledges they're friends even though his vow is fulfilled. If there's another scene where you heard the word, I'd be interested in knowing which one.

Bishop73

He says it when he asks Robin to help him when he is performing the caesarean, and just before Will comes back towards the end when they are covering Duncan. Not sure if there are any more.

Question: At what point does the suitcase with the money in it get placed in the trunk of the White BMW? It's clear that when Hallenbeck and Jimmy are running out of the rich white guy's house and take his car, you can see Jimmy putting the (money) briefcase in the car with him, and at no time in the trunk. Then, when they get back with the other briefcase containing the bomb, Jimmy also puts this case in the car with him, in the backseat. So when did anybody put the money briefcase in the trunk?

Answer: You're right, I reviewed the clip. You see Joe holding the briefcase and Jimmy run out of the rich man's house, then get directly into his car. At no time do you see him putting the briefcase anywhere. It's most likely a bad editing job.

Question: Near the end, when Baby and Debra are stopped by the police on the bridge, they have a full set of keys (car and what looks like house keys) that Baby removes from the ignition and tosses into the river. How the hell did they get the keys if they stole the car?

Answer: The keys were probably in the car when they took it. Leaving keys in an unattended car is stupid, but not uncommon. I've seen lots of news reports where a car theft victim starts their story with, "I only left the car running for a minute while I..."

Question: Did the Professor and the other 2 guys working with him in Scotland survive?

Shipper

Answer: It's highly implied they did not.

Question: Was Tracy self-harming before or after she met Evie?

Answer: I think she harmed before Evie because she knew where the scissors were in the cabinet. And, since she's already had problems before Evie, maybe she self-harmed to help relieve pressure.

I agree. She was already upset about her mother's boyfriend and her father not spending much time with her. I've read that people often self-harm because they want a form of pain that they can control (unlike the circumstances that are beyond their control).

Question: When Chewbacca tells Han that Luke is a Jedi Knight (or almost one), why does Han consider this a "delusion of grandeur"? He has known Luke for about four years now. Luke did some training with Obi-Wan in the Millennium Falcon, so Han knew what his goal was.

Answer: Han still believes the Force and Jedi are just fairy tales, magic. He doesn't really believe in them still.

lionhead

Answer: And to add to that answer, Han also knows that the Jedi are all but extinct (he didn't know of Yoda). How is Luke a Jedi when he had no living Master to teach him?

kayelbe

Answer: The last time Han Solo had seen Luke was just after rescuing him from freezing to death after nearly getting eaten by an abominable snow creature. Having missed out on all the developments since then, Han still thinks of Luke as a plucky, immature kid. It'd be sort of like discovering someone you know of as an altar boy is now going around calling himself a bishop.

Question: Does anyone know what Rusty Nail is saying to the guy in room 17? I can hear them talking but can't make anything out.

Answer: The conversation before the banging and gasping sounds is as follows: Ronald: "Who the hell is it?" Rusty: "I bought the drink. I bought the pink champagne". Ronald: "Is this a god damn joke? I swear to god". Rusty: "Are you Black Sheep?" Ronald: "Why don't you come over here? Are you f**king with me, standing in the dark like that? Show your face."

Question: When Indy and Helena go to the tomb, they find the watch on Archimedes' wrist. However, when they go to his time, Archimedes offers the watch atop the present-day Antikythera. How can the watch still be there if it was given back?

Answer: I remember that Archimedes gave Indy the dial, but he kept the wristwatch.

The Morning After - S4-E14

Question: The plot gives the impression that Ben was just using Sharon, but how? If he was always planning to murder his wife, then having a girlfriend would only add suspicion.

Answer: I don't think Ben always planned to murder his wife. He wanted to "have it all": stay married and carry on a relationship with Sharon (or someone else - he may have done this before). He lied to Sharon about his wife refusing to grant him a divorce. As Sharon's mother discovers, his wife knew nothing about the affair. She believed that she and Ben were happily married. Ben decided to kill her later, after she heard about Sharon (from Sharon's mother). She pointed out that he would not receive much money if they divorced. Presumably, he thought he could inherit money if she died.

Question: After burning the house, where does everyone live for the next year? Gilbert's voiceover says that Arnie is about to turn nineteen, so a year has passed. Amy has just gotten the bakery manager job, and Gilbert and Arnie are waiting for Becky. So what did they do between their mother's death and the "one year later" scene?

Question: I read that the real Rocky Dennis had his body donated to the UCLA Medical Centre. Why was his body donated?

Answer: His body was donated to the UCLA Centre for Genetics Research, presumably so doctors and geneticists could study him and learn more about his condition. Hopefully, this would help them to better treat other patients like him in the future.

Question: In the scene with the church service, what was Jack trying to do? Ask someone to tell Rose to come outside? Or go inside and sit with her? Both seem like very bad ideas, with her mother and Cal being right there.

Answer: Jack wants either. He wants to speak to Rose by any means, if that involves going into the service or getting someone to bring Rose out.

Question: Close to the end, she says to load up the bikes and drive 165 days. Really? 165 days? How could they possibly carry enough fuel? And to go where? Water? Food?

Question: Although the movie itself is in English, how is it that in a lot of cases both Poles and Germans all seem to be speaking the same language? Are they speaking Polish or German?

Answer: They're speaking both. Spielberg did an interview about it and said, "I had Germans speaking German and Poles speaking Polish only on certain occasions when I wanted to pretty much show what it was like and what it sounded like, and then only let those moments come across in English where I had to make a point." Link to interview: http://www.insidefilm.com/spielberg2.html.

Question: Rose's mother says that a woman's purpose for going to a university is to find "a suitable husband," and Rose is already engaged to Cal. I was under the impression that, during this time, many women would still be homemakers instead of pursuing careers. Were they studying for degrees but hoping to find a husband and not have a career after all?

Answer: Not exactly. In the mid-19th century, in the wake of first-wave feminism, women began entering university in greater numbers, breaking the gender barrier across the world. However, in 1912, it was still not common for the "upper class" to do so, since, as you say, women were restricted to their more traditional role of wife/homemaker. Rose's mother is simply reflecting this view (and her class' general dim view of higher education in general, i.e, what's the point, when you have wealth?) while Rose herself admires, and wishes to emulate, the women who went to university for its intended purpose, to receive an education.

I want to add that college was not always about training for a job. Female students used to learn more about home-making skills and arts. As an upper-class woman, Rose would be expected to socialise and entertain other women, i.e. the wives of her future husband's business contacts. Of course, she may have attended a "finishing school" (which Jack makes a joke about).

Question: Why was Charlie running away from Paris? And what happened to the things from his apartment?

Answer: Charles was escaping to South America because his cohorts were after him for their share of the stolen army gold. Charles had sold off all the apartment furnishings and other items while Reggie was gone before intending to disappear, though he was killed before getting away.

raywest

Question: When the inspector is talking with Reggie, he says something about Charlie making an auction. What is that auction?

Answer: Before his death, Charles had sold everything in the apartment at a public auction, which is where he got the £250K.
