Visible crew/equipment: While Sam and Sue Anne are singing Amazing Grace at the diner, right after the shot of the cook starting to play the harmonica, in the next wideshot the actor's T-mark becomes visible on the floor at the bottom, left side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: While Regina and Daphne are talking in the courthouse bathroom about Jeff, in the wideshots facing Regina we can see the actor's yellow tape mark on the floor, near the door. This tape mark was not there in the earlier shot, when Regina walked in. (00:16:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After Regina walks into Gold's shop and tells him about the sleeping curse, just as she asks, "Don't you understand?" we can see the green tape mark (and its reflection) on the floor in front of the display case, where Regina is about to stand. (00:38:55)

Other mistake: While Killian and David are talking at the base of the beanstalk, in the wideshots we can see the protective black boot worn by Colin O'Donoghue, the actor playing Killian, who broke his left foot during filming of the previous musical episode. (00:20:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When Bernice tells Josh and Rachel to go with Alice so she can talk to Lisa and Stanley, the two red tape marks can be seen on the floor, under the table. (01:29:20)

Other mistake: After the kids find Chester Copperpot's skeleton, Mikey picks up Copperpot's book and finds the Gehrig baseball card inside. When Mikey turns the card over it's the 1973 Topps Lou Gehrig All-Time Grand Slam Leader #472 (which has nine players' grand slam stats listed on the back of the card, that includes Hank Aaron who started playing MLB in 1954). The problem is Copperpot was reported as missing in 1935, but this specific Topps baseball card (now well known) was issued in 1973, nearly 40 years after Copperpot's death via the pirate booby trap. Continuity mistake: After the gang's encounter with the hermit they head back to the Mystery Machine, and when Fred opens the passenger door in the wideshot its colors are the usual blue, green, and orange, but in the closeups the door's exterior is solid green. The style of the door handle is also different in the closeups.

Visible crew/equipment: While Emily is instructing the servants before the party, when she tells one servant, "I want those six inches apart, get a ruler," there are two problems with this medium shot. First, lighting equipment is visible at the top right side of the screen over the lamp, and second, it's a flipped shot. Note the painting and lamp are reversed in the medium shot, compared to the next wideshot which is fine. (00:17:45)

Revealing mistake: Near the end when Ace gets into his Cadillac, in the first shot facing the front of the car, there is a protective glass in front of Ace (the same width as the windshield) with the dashboard in between that glass and the windshield. Note the vertical edge of the glass is visible at the right side, and the rearview mirror's sticker on the windshield casts a shadow onto the second glass. During the stunt, the flames on the dashboard are between the glass shield and the windshield, keeping the actor safe from harm. (02:46:05)

Continuity mistake: When Luke fixes Lorelai's shoe, he squeezes glue onto the broken heel and places the glue bottle down on the seat to his left, then he holds the heel to the shoe with both hands, but in the next shot that glue bottle is suddenly back in Luke's hand while he's still holding the heel to the shoe. (00:34:20)

Continuity mistake: When Sookie is reunited with Joe from the Deerhill Lodge, Lorelai pours herself a cup of coffee, then after Joe and Sookie have hugged, in the shots facing Sookie and Joe we see Lorelai's hand holding the cup, but in the shots facing Lorelai and Alex, Lorelai's hands are empty. Audio problem: Non-metal items making audible metallic sounds. The audible metallic sound effect of a blade, such as a sword, when it's being drawn from a wood or leather scabbard that doesn't have a metal throat, and also when it's drawn from a fabric or leather belt.

Continuity mistake: When the Wolf jumps into the lion's mouth at the zoo, one of the stripes on McPoodle's sleeve changes color and then reverts back. Also note, the stripes on Sergeant McPoodle's uniform sleeves repeatedly change between pointing down and pointing up (despite the reveal in the cartoon's last shot, all stripes should be identical).

Visible crew/equipment: When Emily gives Lorelai and Rory their drinks she mentions the cheese and walks away, then when Lorelai sits on the sofa the green tape marks are visible on the floor, where Emily had been standing by the bar. (00:40:20)
