Continuity mistake: During their first day's investigation of the double homicide Tony is wearing a grey suit, white shirt, and burgundy tie. On the second day, while Tony is wearing a dark suit, light blue shirt and dark blue tie, when Gibbs tells Tony to go see what Ducky wants in Autopsy, Tony is back to wearing what he wore on their first day. Then at Tobett's house, Tony is again wearing the light blue shirt and dark blue tie. (00:04:30 - 00:31:00)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the takeover Daphne walks around Carlton taking video on her phone, and when Daphne stops in front of the two girls near the map, in the following shot facing Daphne the green T-mark is visible on the floor behind her. (00:29:20)

Continuity mistake: When Kathryn and Regina are at the club Kathryn orders the drink, then holds out her left hand to give Regina the car keys, but next shot it's Kathryn's outstretched right-hand giving Regina the keys. (00:11:40)

Visible crew/equipment: While Gibbs is at the diner with Dr. Taft and his wife he gets a call from Ellie, and when it cuts to the overhead shot of Gibbs, Ellie, and Tony walking toward each other, on the ground we can see the reddish chalk mark (for Gibbs) and two white chalk T-marks (for Tony and Ellie) where the three actors meet. Visible crew/equipment: When "Nanook" stands beside his desk while he tells Tony and Ellie about Delilah's mother, there's a blue T-mark on the floor by McGee's feet. (00:03:05)

Revealing mistake: While Ellie and George are in the attic, Ellie uses her laptop to access contact info and gets Richard Doogan's DOD military service record. There's a closeup of the laptop screen as she begins to read aloud, but the problem is part of the paragraph reads, "And he's only a few hours away in Kansas..." and especially "I need to update Gibbs" which are Ellie's lines in the dialogue with her brother. Visible crew/equipment: After Jimmy and Tony's chat, when Tony heads to the elevator Jimmy mutters that he hates being out of the loop. In the next overhead exterior shot of Tony's car, on the rear passenger window we can see the reflection of the boom operator walking and holding the boom pole/microphone. (00:21:30)

Revealing mistake: After Betty leaves Jodie the voicemail, when Betty looks at Henry's Facebook page with the intention of unfriending him, she moves the cursor to the "remove friend" tab. Then in Betty's closeup we see that tab's reflections on both lenses of her eyeglasses, but the problem is the reflections are not backwards. (00:33:35)

Visible crew/equipment: When Tony is with Captain O'Rourke in the parking lot, Borin approaches from behind. As O'Rourke turns to face Borin the actor's microphone has slipped out from under his shirt, between the buttons. Then when Borin says, "So will you," in the next shot facing O'Rourke and Tony, that mic is visible again. (00:38:10)

Other mistake: When Betty is waiting at Elena's home, Elena walks up carrying a bag filled with groceries, and during their conversation we see the box of Nabisco Thin Crisps and bag of Goya Plantains in the grocery bag. Note the "Nabisco" logo and the brand name have been covered on the box, and there are strips of white tape disguising the brand name "Goya" on the bag. (00:36:10)
