Continuity mistake: In the exterior shot looking in through the puzzle window, the black book behind Floop changes position in a following shot. As Floop counts down, when the men move the tables the large glass pitcher changes position. Then, when Floop says, "One!" the chair with the purple seat is in front of the large chair to Lisp's left, yet when Johnny jumps over Lisp, the purple chair is gone. (00:13:15 - 00:14:30)

Continuity mistake: In the robotics lab, when Gregorio and Ingrid chain Minion to the chair one of the colorful links is broken and the wire is visible, but in the following shots the chain's position differs. Then, as Minion presses the red button his suit and tie are quite messed up and the hat's black cord is to his left. Yet in the next shot when he releases the button his suit and tie are perfectly straight, the black cord is behind his head and it's obvious that the smoke comes from behind the chair! (01:11:05)

Continuity mistake: After Lisp and the other men arrive, Minion runs to the robotics lab to supposedly see Floop. When he arrives the Fooglie-making hats change position between shots. Then when he speaks with Juni, Minion's position changes between all the shots facing him and the rest facing Juni. (01:09:55)

Revealing mistake: After Carmen rescues Juni, as they fly over the city she says, "Hang on butterfingers." In the following close-ups, where is the handcuff with the broken chain on Juni's wrist? He is not wearing it on either wrist in any of these close-ups. It's obviously back in the following shots. (00:41:45)

Revealing mistake: After Carmen rescues Juni, they fly over the city and she yells, "I'm not gonna drop you!" Before Carmen drops Juni, as she loses her grip of him and he slips, three of the BuddyPack harness straps around Carmen actually come apart from the fourth center locking mechanism in the close-up!! Needless to say once the harness unlocks the powerful BuddyPack would immediately fly off and Carmen would fall, she would never even have the chance to reattach the four point harness. (00:41:50)

Continuity mistake: The handcuff with the broken chain that is stuck on Juni's wrist, actually changes its position to the opposite way, while on the same wrist, in some shots the single bar faces out and in others the double bar faces out. For example, when Juni speaks into his watch and says, "I'm toast!" the double bar faces out, yet in the park when Juni spins as robo-Carmen approaches him, the single bar faces out. Revealing mistake: Ingrid and Gregorio jump and fall in front of Minion, Lisp and Ms. Gradenko. When Gregorio says, "Lisp! I should have known you were behind this," Minion has his right hand spread against his chest and the latex skin of the fake hand is peeled away from his four real fingers. Then as Gregorio and Ingrid are detained, the latex is peeled away from Minion's real thumb. After Machete leaps through the puzzle window, the peeling around Minion's fingers is once again visible. Continuity mistake: When Carmen and Juni drop from the mini spy plane near the castle, in the first shot as they fall Juni does not wear his air tank and regulator as Carmen wears hers, however, as they hit the water he wears it. (00:59:00)

Continuity mistake: When Carmen chases the man with the Third Brain, the large Spanish billboard for the Floop's Fooglies show advertises the "best show for children" to be on channel 36 at 8:00am. When Minion turns Gregorio into a Fooglie, Minion tells him and Ingrid that their kids will still be able to see their father, "Every weekday morning between 7:30 and 8:00." (00:41:15 - 01:05:20)

Continuity mistake: When Juni is about to slam the Third Brain into the cement at the park, Carmen grabs his arm to stop him. In some shots Carmen has the handcuff chain in her firm grasp as she holds Juni, but in other shots the chain is free. (00:46:20)

Continuity mistake: At the park, when Carmen turns over the locating device to see who makes it, in the shots facing her the black cord is in her hand, yet in the close-ups of the locating device it's behind her hand. (00:45:55)

Continuity mistake: When Juni and Carmen sit in the park, as Carmen holds the locating device, Juni holds the Floop and Fooglie figures and starts to set them down. In the next shot, the Fooglie is already down, but Juni now holds the Third Brain, its small sack with the long cords and Floop. The position of the backpack changes between shots as well. Continuity mistake: In the opening shot of San Diablo, the overhead shot zooms in on an entirely empty rectangular grassy area with several trees lined up on two opposite sides and a monument at the center. In the following ground shots the area is completely different, and is now filled with many trees, playground equipment, children, etc. (00:45:35)

Continuity mistake: When Carmen and Juni fly into the clothing store, Carmen drops her brother between clothing racks. Directly beside the mannequin there is a square shaped rack and two large circular racks to the left, which have no signs attached. However, when Carmen and Juni walk toward the entrance, as they pass the mannequin the square rack is gone and now there are two silver framed store signs attached to the center of the circular racks. Continuity mistake: When the Thumb Thumbs fly out of the clothing store chasing after the clothing rack, the rack is hit by a red car, then topples over, and they are about two feet apart while both are within the lines of the crosswalk. However, in the next overhead shot they are quite far apart from each other and both, especially the car, are a considerable distance away from that crosswalk. (00:42:25)

Continuity mistake: The exterior shots of the clothing store Ukressa, that Carmen and Juni fly into, show the storefront and a good portion of the sidewalk to be in shadow, yet in the interior shots as they and the Thumb Thumbs fly in, there is bright sun streaming in through all the windows and doors. Deliberate mistake: When Juni runs out of the white/grey room, the next shot is flipped as he stops short in front of the backwards virtual room sign. When Juni rescues Floop from the virtual room, as they run out the door that white/grey room is visible to the left of the virtual room. (01:03:15 - 01:07:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When Ms. Gradenko tugs on the backpack that Juni holds, and yells, "You little brat!" a crew member's hand, wearing a silver ring, pulls on Juni's right shoulder! (00:39:40)

Revealing mistake: When the BuddyPack zooms toward Ms. Gradenko at the safehouse it lifts her into the air and she flies backwards. In the shot facing her, the center bar of the wicker frame on the back of the bench is gone for the stunt, whereas in the previous shots it's intact. (00:40:00)

Visible crew/equipment: At the safehouse, while Ms. Gradenko asks, "Where does the third brain live exactly? Did Felix tell you that?" Juni places the photo of his parents upright and the third brain rises underneath the photograph. Before the photo flips over, the long wire for the stunt is clearly visible beneath the frame.
