Trivia: At the start of the first scene, when Nisi serves the customer she calls Nate, he is played by Rudy Ray Moore, known for the title role in the 1975 film Dolemite one of the most popular Blaxploitation films of the 70s. After Nate refuses the burned toast, Mickey tells Nisi, "Girl, don't pay him no mind, he thinks he's Dolemite." Also, note the name "N. Townsend" on Nate's uniform patch, which is the last name of the director, Robert Townsend.

Visible crew/equipment: After Phoebe returns with a bowl of dream dust from the remains of the Sandman, Phoebe opens and closes the door to the conservatory to view their three dream guests, then as they all turn and walk toward the sofa we can see the reflection of the moving boom pole and mic in the mirror. Continuity mistake: When Phoebe adds the photos to the Book of Shadows, Phoebe writes "Cole's human form" with large letters, then in the shot facing Phoebe as she says, "Your date, the guy you've been smooching," we see it's underlined with smaller writing, but in following shots it's back to the original larger lettering without the underline.
