Continuity mistake: In Rome, when Aldo leaves Susan at the hotel, we can see her suitcase in the back seat behind Aldo as he says, "I like to play the odds," and he hands her the card with his number, but then the suitcase just vanishes from the back seat, though she never had the chance to remove it, and when Aldo drives away Susan has the suitcase.

Other mistake: While Hotchner and Reid are talking about Hollow Man and the Mill Creek Killer, Reid's going through the newspapers and when he figures out that the two killers have been talking to each other via the classifieds, there are two closeups of an ad's text. After Hotchner suggests using their relationship against them, Hotch says that Reid's fake ad will imitate Hollow Man's language patterns to send a message to the Mill Creek Killer. Then we hear Reid reading the fake ad they just placed in the classifieds, but the problem is it's the same ad that was shown in the closeups earlier, plus an additional line at the end - "here's my gift to you."

Visible crew/equipment: When Stark and Sierjna go to Talyn's rudimentary pilot's den, notice that Stark's vest has suddenly developed five randomly placed grommet openings, which will be where Talyn's wiring will attach when Talyn bonds with Stark. And when Stark-Pilot says, "Talyn you will turn away, you must turn away," there's boom movement at the right and left of the screen. Also, later when Stark-Pilot flies Talyn closer to the sun to rescue Sierjna, and once she reappears, there's a shot from behind Stark-Pilot and we can see the long rod (not Talyn's wiring) that's behind his right leg attached to his pants, which is part of the support equipment to have Stark-Pilot hover.
