Continuity mistake: At Edoras, Gandalf and Pippin ride out on Shadowfax, as Merry runs up to the watchtower, followed by Aragorn, to watch them leave. The actual wood of the fence (height, direction of slant and amount in set) differs significantly (especially to Merry's left) in the shot facing Merry's back, as Aragorn reaches him, and the wide shots facing them. Revealing mistake: As the army of robots approach, there are close-ups of Ms. Gradenko smiling, and as she claps her hands her fake scalp wrinkles up where it meets her real forehead. Teri Hatcher's bald cap is blatantly obvious in quite a few shots. (01:16:45)

Continuity mistake: After their parents ascend into the ceiling, Carmen and Juni confront their doppelgangers, who run up the wall, flip over and land in the center of the 'water' outline on the floor. After Carmen exclaims, "Oh shi...take mushrooms!" when they all walk towards the 'water' outline to come face to face in the wide shot, the robots must walk towards the center though they were already there. Continuity mistake: After Ingrid and Carmen disappear through the ceiling, when robots Carmen and Juni appear, in the corridor towards the stairs there is a tall silver pedestal. When Carmen and Juni actually battle the two robots, as Carmen pulls robo-Juni's hands behind his back, there are multi-colored lights all over that pedestal. (01:13:00 - 01:15:45)

Continuity mistake: At Minas Tirith, after injured Faramir is carried up, Denethor walks away and sees the Orc army for the first time. In the next shot when the Troll lifts the rock onto the catapult, this catapult is totally different in the close-up and following wide shot. (02:00:35)

Audio problem: As the King of the Dead and his army listen, Aragorn shouts, "You have my word! Fight, and I will release you..." However, in the wide shot as he continues, "...from this living death!" Aragorn's mouth shouts something completely different. (Extended Edition) (01:56:10)

Audio problem: When Faramir and his men ride out of Minas Tirith, Gandalf tries to dissuade him from going. Faramir says, "This is the city of the Men of Númenor. I will gladly give my life to defend her beauty, her memory." It then cuts to a tight close-up as he rides past Gandalf when he continues saying, "her wisdom," and his closed lips do not move at all. Continuity mistake: Season premiere, 'Authorized Personnel Only', part 1: When Sydney and the other agent are in the bathroom at the club, Sydney begins to smear black dirt on the agent's tee shirt for his punk transformation. The first smears that she applied differ when he exits the bathroom.

Revealing mistake: Just after Harry attacks Snape at the Shrieking Shack, he insists on knowing about Peter Pettigrew. In the next shot, as Lupin says, "He was at school with us. We thought he was our friend," there are wedges under the wheels of the piano, however, in the following shots they're gone. (01:34:10)

Continuity mistake: At the Shrieking Shack, when Scabbers tries to run away, as he runs towards the small hole in the wall, the shape of the hole differs in the shot facing the rat's hind and the next shot facing Scabbers, just as he enters the hole. (Obviously before the hole enlarges to accommodate Peter.) (01:35:05)

Continuity mistake: As Carmen and Juni are chased by the Thumb Thumbs in speedboats, Carmen shouts, "You weirdo! You switched it to manual!" As the Guppy and speedboats round the man in the small boat, there is a vast difference between the consecutive close-up, wide and aerial shots. (00:23:20)

Continuity mistake: When the kids in the Guppy zoom towards the boat, in the first shot facing the man in the boat, the large distinct building is clearly visible on shore in the background. Yet, in the following shot facing the front of the Guppy as they actually fly over, that building on shore is now behind the Guppy! Then in the next shot, at the same angle as the first, the shoreline is completely different. (00:23:30)

Continuity mistake: When Carmen yells, "You're strong Juni!" after the extreme close-up of Juni's fist, in the next shot a specific piece of loose painted plaster falls from the top left corner of the hole, as his fist hits. However, in the next two shots of Juni, that piece of loose plaster is actually back up on the wall!! (01:15:15)

Continuity mistake: When Lisp is introduced to and then flipped by the robot of the president's daughter, Minion stands directly between the doors and the straw figure. However, in the next close-up he stands between the straw figure and the huge pineapple. (00:15:05)

Continuity mistake: As Gregorio grabs Minion to toss him onto the metal chair in the robotics lab, in the wide shot, the top segment of the chair above the curve is much shorter than in the following shots. During the first sequence of shots the entire metal chair is about 6 inches thick and there is a matching chair directly behind it. However, when Minion says, "Fools!" the chair behind his shoulders is barely an inch thick now! Then in the last shot looking up at his Fooglie head, the chair is thick once again, but there is no chair directly behind it. (01:10:45)

Continuity mistake: On the loudspeaker as Minion says, "All robots report to the grand room for a final demonstration…", the robots walk all the way down the long corridor in three shots. This is the same corridor that is directly outside the grand room in the following shots, even the paint markings on the walls are identical! When Carmen and Juni run into the grand room, obviously the long corridor behind them is clear, until moments later when the robots appear at the far end. (01:16:10)

Visible crew/equipment: After Gregorio and Ingrid are captured by robots Carmen and Juni, the real Carmen and Juni face off with them. Carmen grabs robo-Juni and whips out a mini anchor device. In the close-up of her hand as she pushes the button, the wire attached to the top of this small anchor (not the wire under it) is actually visible as it pulls the anchor up, out of the handheld base. Revealing mistake: Before robo-Carmen punches the wall, the painted uneven plaster surface actually changes between two shots, as her fist makes contact. Then in robo-Carmen's close-up and next shot looking up, it's clear that only the exterior slabs of pre-cut painted plaster come loose and fall from the hollow interior, differing with the large chunks of interior plaster on the floor in the next shot.
