Continuity mistake: At the start, when Fran joins Niles, she's holding a green mug in her left hand and a muffin in her right hand. But the mug and muffin suddenly switch hands when Fran and Niles head to the sofa.

The One With Chandler In A Box - S4-E8
Visible crew/equipment: After Joey tells Chandler he's going to his folks and might stay there for a few days while looking for an apartment, just as Joey retrieves his keys from the shelf, a crew member wearing a black shirt and white pants is visible on the left side of the screen. (00:08:40)

Visible crew/equipment: At the very end, Sarah is alone while she's lying down, but when she has the sudden vision of Laura's necklace being dug up, the reflection of a crew member is visible in the round mirror. (01:32:50)

Other mistake: When Ricky comes home at 3:00 am, the toggle light switch is in the down position. Ricky places his hand over the switch plate and the room goes dark, but the toggle light switch is still in the same down position.

Hollywood Anniversary - S4-E24
Visible crew/equipment: After Lucy rushes out with the newspaper to tell Ethel about all the movie stars coming to the party, when Lucy returns to the suite and closes the door, we can see the arm of a crew member and a board with "DPI" (Desilu Productions Inc) on it, at the bottom right side of the screen, and a bit of equipment at the top right corner. Visible crew/equipment: After the intro, when Garvin tells Gia to go home, Data is standing on the stairs and the actor's green mark is somewhat visible at Data's feet. This green T-mark is clearer when Data hands Garvin the radioactive box he's carrying. Then, when Garvin walks over to the table, there's an orange T-mark on the ground. (00:04:55 - 00:07:40)

Continuity mistake: When Jenna sees herself in the mirror and topples backward over the shelf, there's a tall floor lamp directly behind the striped armchair with an ottoman. As Jenna gets to her feet, we also see there's nothing beside the armchair's arm. When Jenna's new appearance shocks her and she whispers, "What is happening?" the floor lamp has vanished, and now a small table with a plant appears beside the armchair. (00:14:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Tooey and Eddie come over to see Wally's "really sharp" new plaid suit, the boys go upstairs to see Wally's new crazy socks. Visible crew/equipment: While waiting for the new young doctor to arrive, June gives Beaver the glass of orange juice and heads downstairs. When June walks back into the kitchen just as Wally and Eddie enter the back door, there are multiple curved chalk marks visible on the floor. (00:14:25)

Continuity mistake: Ward jokes about the boys having two baths in three days, being some kind of record. It then cuts to the boys sitting on the floor in the bathroom, and we can see the hamper at the right with nothing atop it, but when Wally stands up to put CJ back in the "aquarium" the tank lid is lying on the hamper. Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the finance committee meeting, when Clara walks into the office modelling the choir robe, the shadow of the boom mic is visible on the door, in the top right corner of the screen. White tape marks are also visible on the floor, as Clara twirls in the choir robe. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: In Uruguay, when the woman puts Christian Szell's folded shirts in the drawer, the camera pans toward the photographs on the dresser. There's an unframed photo of his brother Klaus in the closeup, but it's a different photo in the next wide shot. (00:38:25)

Continuity mistake: When the crash occurs, Klaus pulls out the key on a keychain. In the first shot, Klaus is not wearing a pinky ring on his right hand while holding the key with the round charm dangling, but in the closeup Klaus is now wearing a pinky ring on his right hand and is instead holding the keychain charm, with the key dangling.
