Visible crew/equipment: Aboard the Jolly Roger after Smee jumps overboard, Peter flies up to catch his sword and a pirate who yells, "I got him!" grabs hold of Peter's ankle. When Peter flies off in the wide shot, as the pirate holds his leg, he passes the mast and not only are the four wires attached to Peter's backside pleasingly visible while he flies, the two wires at the pirate's shoulders are visible as well. Revealing mistake: Peter says, "There are mermaids! Indians! Pirates!" and then John shouts, "Woo hoo!" When he flies out through the nursery window his gown is visibly gathered at his back for the stunt. (00:22:45)

Revealing mistake: Aboard the Jolly Roger, after Hook cuts the rope binding her, he says, "She told him stories. He taught her to fly." In the following extreme close-ups of Hook and Wendy's faces, the modern-day lingual braces, which is bonded to the back of her front teeth, is perfectly visible. It is also visible later, when Hook shoves her down, as she is beside Peter for her final fairwell. (01:19:30)

Revealing mistake: Just outside the hideout's tree entrance, the pirates carry Wendy, her brothers and the Lost Boys away. When Michael is thrown over a pirate's shoulders, Freddie Popplewell's (Michael) spandex shorts are perfectly visible. (01:10:20)

Continuity mistake: Due to the effect of the red glow on Kramer's eyes, he confuses the pitcher of tomato juice from Jerry's refrigerator for a pitcher of milk, pours it into the cereal, then gags and promptly tosses the contents of the bowl into the trash beside the fridge. In the close-up he tries to wipe some of it off the wall, but there's still a huge red mess left on the wall, in the trash, etc. In the next wide shot of Jerry and Kramer, the trash and wall are spotless.

Continuity mistake: After Jack slams the boom into Will aboard Interceptor, then brings him back on deck, Jack points the sword at Will. In Will's close-up, the sharp edge of the blade actually faces Will's neck - the hand guard is at Jack's knuckles. However, in the next shot, a close-up of Jack, as Jack still points the blade at Will, BEFORE Jack flips the sword over, it is apparent that the sharp edge of the blade faces away from Will - the hand guard is at Jack's fingertips. (Though this is visible on the DVD, a better view is on the video.) (00:50:10)

Visible crew/equipment: Aboard the Interceptor, as Jack asks, "Can you sail under the command of a pirate...?" at the upper right corner of the screen, the corner of the crew's white reflector screen is perfectly visible in front of the boom. (00:50:15)

Continuity mistake: On the docks, when Norrington exposes Jack's scar and tattoo on his right arm, he says, "Well, well, Jack Sparrow, isn't it?" and in the wide shot Murtogg holds the middle part of his gun. In the close-up when Murtogg says, "He said he'd come to commandeer one," he holds it near the bayonet, yet in the next wide shot he holds it in the middle again. (00:17:40)

Revealing mistake: After Lucy discovers Mrs. Bradley in her bed, as she fights off and runs from Patricia, it is obvious that she wears knee pads for these shots.

Continuity mistake: At the police station, the filing cabinet beside Lucy is visible in the wide shot, just before Dammers says, "Debra's corpse had the number thirteen carved into its forehead." Then, in Lucy's close-up different things are on top of the filing cabinet. (00:46:10)

Continuity mistake: At the police station, when Dammers tells Lucy about the day that Debra died, there is a shot of the utility knife in Frank's toolbox and the initials F.B. are written in white on the knife. Continuity mistake: At the police station, when Agent Dammers sticks his badge in front of Sheriff Perry's face, the position of the badge in his hand differs in the shots facing Perry and the close-ups of the badge. (00:56:10)

Visible crew/equipment: Outside the chapel, when Frank backs into the pedestal the statue begins to topple over. In the shot facing up, as the pedestal falls and Frank puts his arms out to catch the statue, the wires used in this stunt are perfectly visible. (01:35:05)

Continuity mistake: After Frank takes the urn from Lucy, he reaches the bench near the chapel and a wood chair lies on its side beside the bench. After Dammers catches the urn, that chair is now upright behind Frank. (01:34:55 - 01:35:50)
