Also, the plate of cookies that are on the arm of the couch seem to vanish as well.

Continuity mistake: After the opening credits, when Joey and Phoebe enter Joey's apartment, note the poster hanging on the wall and some items on top of the fridge, as well as a few of the magnets on the fridge, change, move, vanish, or suddenly appear in the following shots. Examples: the wall poster moves closer to the door; the Chunky B. Wear magnet at the side of the fridge moves to the freezer door; a takeout menu suddenly appears on the fridge door; the red star magnet vanishes; etc. (00:03:00)

Rick agrees and extends his left hand for the "all hands, Mitchell family on three." In the closeup we see Katie put in her right hand, but in the wide shot Katie's left hand pulls out. Continuity mistake: After Peter says goodbye to his family before his flight to Ireland, when it cuts to Stewie spying on Lois while she's doing the dishes, there's a calendar hanging on the wall beside the refrigerator and a paper hanging on the fridge, but when Stewie draws on the wall both the calendar and paper have vanished.

Visible crew/equipment: When Lorelai and Rory are at Richard's while Emily is away visiting her friends, Richard steps out to answer a call. When Richard returns we can see a blue T-mark taped to the floor behind Rory's side of the sofa. This T-mark is visible again when Richard asks about Rory's speech, because he'd like to be there.
