Continuity mistake: After PJ lets Officers John and Julia inside, there are a few continuity errors with the box on the table and the lamp's cord. Initially, the white evidence box is flush with the counter and the front side (with a hand slot) is facing the lower right corner of the screen. Later, the box is closer to the edge and the front side has been turned about 45°. The lamp's cord is sometimes flat on the table but other times there are two upward loops. The box and cord each change a few times. (00:34:09 - 00:35:15)

Other mistake: Based on its position (facing the overhang), the "OPEN" sign inside the restaurant ("NEPO") would NOT be visible to anyone outside of the restaurant, thereby defeating its purpose. (00:36:35)

Suggested correction: It absolutely would be visible. What are you even talking about? The sign seems to be at roughly 5' or so off the ground based on its position in the window. The overhang seems to be at least 6' in front of the sign, AND at least a few feet above it. How is someone's view of the sign going to be obstructed by something above it? Anybody walking by would be able to see the sign! I've seen diners that have signs in pretty much exactly the same sort-of spot.

Other mistake: When PJ opens the door for the officers, the painting on the wall behind him is not straight as would be expected - it is how it would appear if looking down a hallway (the top and bottom of the frame are not parallel). (00:33:56)

Suggested correction: There's absolutely nothing wrong with the painting. It isn't parallel because the wall behind him is at an angle from the position of the camera. If the wall was parallel with the camera, then this "mistake" might be right... but it isn't. The wall is at about a 45 degree angle facing away from the position of the camera. (Although to be fair, even if the painting was crooked, I don't see how that would be a "mistake.").

Other mistake: The rectangular area of skin cut from the dead deer's rear side was not wide enough (or at the correct angle) to encompass the killer's entire bloody hand print; it would have missed the "pinky" finger (and possibly the tips of the second, third, and fourth fingers). Because the fingers were spread out, a shape more like an inverted isosceles trapezoid (or a much wider rectangle) would have been necessary. (00:42:52 - 00:44:09)

Jennifer Davis: We're starting to see some instances of groups of people - well, groups of people fighting back. We do not encourage this. Certainly, if you are attacked, you should defend yourself. But what we have seen so far, the best way to survive, to avoid infection, to avoid being a part of spreading the infection, is to just completely avoid contact. Find a place to hide and stay there. Hopefully, it won't have to be for too long. (00:08:23)

Adopt a Highway (2019)

Man: [Clerk] You don't - you don't have a cellphone?
Russell: No.
Man: And you don't have an e-mail address?
Russell: No.
Man: [Laughing] That's - that's f-ing cool, man. Where the f - you been, dude? In prison?
Russell: Yeah.
Man: Oh, shit. Wait, y-you would have had to been in there for what, like.
Russell: 20 years.
Man: 20 years?
Russell: 21, yeah.
Man: Holy shit. Damn, dude. What. Hey, is it OK if I ask? Did you, like.
Russell: It was possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute.

P.O.: Okay? So... look, have you not gotten an e-mail address yet?
Russell: No, I didn't. Well, I did. No, I did. I did, but the trouble is that if you want to get an e-mail, like, you have to have an e-mail, and if you don't have an e-mail, it - it doesn't...
P.O.: OK, Russell, then just figure it out, okay? Just figure it out.

Boyhood (2014)

Trivia: Because the movie was filmed by using the same characters over a 12-year period (2001 - 2013 or 2002-2014?), the 39 filming days had to be intermittent during the 4,380 day period. Three or four days of filming occurred each relevant year.

Other mistake: Although it was pouring rain, no rain came into her car when Deb opened the window. Similarly, the floor by the front door of the convenience store (gas station) stayed dry despite customers coming in during the ongoing heavy rainfall. (00:25:24)

Five Feet Apart (2019)

Other mistake: Will got wet saving Stella when she fell through the ice; both were exposed to the bitter cold long enough to suffer hypothermia. Despite their life-threatening ordeal (surely aggravating their chronic condition of cystic fibrosis), each proceeded as if it never happened. Stella immediately went into surgery for a double lung transplant and Will casually hung out in the waiting room. (01:33:27)

Five Feet Apart (2019)

Continuity mistake: During Stella and Will's walk, Will's scarf was consistently wrapped one time around his neck, but the length of his scarf on either side varied. The right side was usually much longer than the left side, but the ends were about even other times. When Will was lying in the snow, the scarf ends were almost equal (reaching about half-way down his coat); when he stood up, the ends were far apart. After he fell in the snow, Will got up and adjusted the scarf ends to be about the same in length. (01:25:35 - 01:29:30)

Boyhood (2014)

Character mistake: When asked if he had a job, Mason Sr proudly responded he just happened to have passed his second actuarial exam and that's what Mason could tell his mother. Mason Sr didn't seem to realise the first two actuarial exams are the easiest to pass, many aspiring actuaries have completed the first two exams by the time they earn Bachelor degrees, and will study for years for the remaining exams while employed full time. He wasn't anywhere near being an actuarialist and wasn't employed - yet bragged. (00:39:44)

Other mistake: Mason Sr spends time with Sam and Mason every other weekend. After going to the Butterfly Center, they tossed a football and ran around (playing tag?) a while before going to the Houston Astros vs. Milwaukee Brewers baseball game. The limited footage of the game in the movie (which included Astros #16's home run) was adequate to identify it as the 4/17/06 game that started at 7:07 PM... on a Monday (not over the weekend). Continuity mistake: It was daytime when Bill took the kids to the ATM and questioned them regarding Liv's whereabouts. When Liv picked up the kids and was backing out of the driveway, the sun was setting behind the house. As she drove down the straight road (she didn't make any turns), the sun was shining brighter and then some of the trees on the opposite side of the road cast shadows in the direction of the sun SETTING. Z (2019)

Plot hole: Dr. Seager told Beth that "It [Z] was all in her head" and only she could stop it. How, then, did her son Josh have the same "imaginary friend Z"? Moreover, if Beth had Z as a friend when she was eight years old, why didn't she remember him or have her memory jogged when Josh first told her about his friend Z? Also, if Beth told Z that they would be together forever (get married and have a lot of kids), why would Z need to go through Josh to get to her?

Continuity mistake: Brandon has sweat across the back of his T-shirt from his neck to above the arm pits (areas that were wet were darker blue) when Aidan tells him he had to leave his apartment. When Brandon turns around to leave, his shirt isn't as dark where it was wet, but now he has a V-shaped area of blood down the back of his shirt and his underarms and waist gradually get darker (wetter with sweat).
