White Elephant (2022)

Continuity mistake: The amount of pain pills in the bottle was inconsistent and it isn't clear how Carlo could have managed to remove the safety cap (apparently without using his injured arm). After Carlo poured about 12 pills onto the counter, the bottle later looked just as full (if not fuller) as it was. (00:28:03 - 00:28:35)

White Elephant (2022)

Other mistake: The men went to Flynn's suburban home, with houses nearby on both sides (and probably on the opposite side of the street), at night and many loud gunshots were made inside as well as outside, but no neighbors turned on lights or were disturbed. Dogs did not even start barking until the shooting stopped and Flynn was driving away. Even if neighbors heard but did not want to risk getting killed, the dogs should have started barking at the first sound of gunfire (if not when the men arrived). (00:26:08 - 00:27:49)

Continuity mistake: During the Jeep's roll-over down the hill, at least the front passenger tire was bent outward/damaged. (It looked like two tires flew off, but all four tires were still on when the Jeep landed on its roof.) The positions of the four tires varied a few times afterwards, from being straight to turned to the left to turned to the right and the tire that was bent outward appeared to be intact (not damaged). (01:44:52 - 01:47:32)

Revealing mistake: Before the Jeep roll-over, the four people inside were looking upward through some type of 2"x2" fencing (?) as the roof to see the bugs on fire in the sky. The Jeep had a luggage rack and luggage on top, so the "fence" as part of the roof did not make any sense (other than for filming purposes). (01:43:55)

Burn (2022)

Continuity mistake: Before Max gets to his brother Vince's motel room, his mustache/facial hair is quite light, just beginning to grow. Less than two minutes later when Max is inside Vince's room, his mustache/facial hair looks longer, darker, and more pronounced (and not merely due to the room being darker than it was outside). After Max and Vince talked for a while, Max's mustache/facial hair returned to its earlier stage, similar to when he was outside. (Suggests not filmed on consecutive days). (00:08:22 - 00:10:00)

White Elephant (2022)

Trivia: There are numerous interpretations of "white elephant", such as something that is: junk (worthless); no longer wanted by the owner but may be valuable to others; no longer wanted by the owner but difficult to dispose of; too expensive to maintain and therefore a burden (more trouble than it is worth). What is too expensive to maintain or difficult to dispose of will, obviously, depend on the owner's resources (e.g, mansion, shopping mall, broken hot tub, inoperable classic car, piano).

Continuity mistake: Alan had a large brown shoulder bag before he went into the building to listen to Ian's speech, but (like Ellie) did not have his shoulder bag when he got into the lecture hall or after exiting the building. (00:37:20 - 00:40:13)

Infinite (2021)

Character mistake: Evan's response to "What's gunpowder made of?" was "74% potassium nitrate, 13% charcoal." A "smart man" who "knows everything" should realise that the two total 87% and there's a third ingredient (surfur) needed to comprise the remaining 13%. Gunpowder does not have a single "recipe", so the % of the 3 ingredients can vary. Generally, 75% potassium nitrate (or "salt peter"), 15% charcoal, and 10% sulfur may translate to 74.8%/13.3%/11.9% respectively. The 74.8% should be rounded up, not down? (00:14:00)

Audio problem: At the end of his interview, the side-rear view of Evan did not show any mouth/cheek movements when he said, "You think you know my story" and "Thank you for your time." (00:10:52)

Infinite (2021)

Character mistake: The interviewer pointed out that Evan [Mark Wahlberg] is a "smart guy" and another man later said, "Homeboy knows everything. He's a freak." When Evan was telling the interviewer the circumstances under which he assaulted a man, Evan committed a basic grammatical error - a misplaced modifier: "I asked him to leave politely." Evan didn't mean he wanted the man to leave in a "polite manner"; he meant he "politely asked" the man to leave. (00:09:20 - 00:14:00)

Continuity mistake: Before Ellie went into the building to hear Ian's presentation, she was wearing a royal blue sleeveless coat over a brown long-sleeved blouse and had a large brown shoulder bag/purse. When Ellie entered the auditorium, as well as when she went outside after the presentation, she was not wearing the blue coat plus she now had a wallet-sized hand purse but no large shoulder purse. Even IF there was a coat check-in, Ellie would not have left her shoulder purse/bag behind. (00:37:06 - 00:40:13)

Continuity mistake: When Owen and Claire were sitting at the outside table talking to Franklin, the amount of water in their glasses changed a few times (but neither drank any). Side-rear views of Owen's glass tended to show it about half full, but front views varied from quite low to about two-thirds full. Front views also showed discrepancies in the amounts of water in Owen's and Claire's glasses, such as both about half-full but later Owen's glass two-thirds full and Claire's less than half full. Continuity mistake: Across the week or so of the movie, filming obviously took place without regard to what season the foliage represented. Within less than 4 minutes of screen time, summer tree foliage in DC was just starting to turn orange on top, followed by an aerial view that was more fall-like. Shifting to one week earlier in warmer Arkansas, the trees were bare (winter) outside Rebecca's door - but not when Taylor turned around to leave. The trees were summer seconds later when Martin was talking to Ayisha. (00:02:03 - 00:05:41)

Factual error: Sam Cooper's Rx label was for Alprazolam (generic Xanax) 2 mg, qty #150, refill 2x, and "take 1 tablet by mouth as needed." "Must last _" length was not visible and there could have been warning stickers (may cause drowsiness) on the other side. However, Xanax is a fast-acting tranquilizer which should last 6 hours and the dosage should not exceed 10 mg per day. The instructions to "take 1 tablet by mouth as needed" should have had restrictions attached to prevent serious side-effects/death. (00:49:38)

Stupidity: Officer Malloy was trying to fix reception problems on a small TV at the police station while Lt. Stevenson was listening to Gerri Tauver reporting on the explosion that happened in Suffolk County. Stevenson told Malloy, "Just play with the wire... I need to fix this. I need to find out what's going on from the explosion this morning." A police lieutenant could have easily called the fire department chief or officers on the scene to get first-hand information, not depend on a TV news report. (00:09:09 - 00:10:54)

Continuity mistake: RJ got into his van and drove parallel to the house, almost reaching the end (right side) of the house when he saw Pearl in front of him and stopped. When RJ got out of his van, it was parked near the beginning (left side) of the house that he had already driven past. Also, Pearl was standing in front of a fence, so it didn't make sense that RJ would be driving straight toward a dead-end. (00:57:07)

Warning (2021)

Factual error: Some of the set props are too out-dated or obsolete to be included in a science fiction movie set in the "near future" where an android companion costs $40 million, there are various technological advances, and the "God 2.0" system has an "eternal battery life": e.g, rotary phones, old-style bulky CRT TVs, radiator wall heater, camcorder, key-start cars without navigation, old radio, wind-up alarm clock, hand potato masher, old huge headphones, stacks of books, table fan, "rabbit ear" antenna. (00:02:48 - 00:06:54)

Suggested correction: First, this is in no way a factual mistake. Second, it's only your opinion that the props are out of date or obsolete. At best, you could submit a stupidity mistake for a certain character using a specific outdated piece of technology despite having advanced technology everywhere else. I know people who play videos games on a PS5 and an original NES. Why wouldn't they play an outdated gaming system?

Audio problem: Obviously, the mouth movements won't match the English voice-overs, but when Yang Hao is singing "Happy Birthday" to his daughter Yuan Yuan, his mouth doesn't move at all. (00:05:50)
