Other mistake: Water was scarce for some time, but the post-apocalyptic landscapes in most scenes showed numerous healthy-looking deciduous and evergreen trees with no signs of drought stress. Other mistake: Joshua kept on his thick leather gloves (with side stitching, adding width) while playing the piano yet didn't have any difficulty hitting the right keys. The added width to his fingers from this type of gloves should have interfered with his accuracy hitting the notes and keeping the tempo - the part of Chopin's "Nocturnes" he played was allegro (fast). Continuity mistake: The way Alexander's scarf is wrapped and tied (on the right or left side) varies. For example, the scarf was wrapped below his neck and tied in front when he came through the door, but seconds later the scarf was up to his lower lip. Continuity mistake: Alexander still had the mark/cut on his forehead, running vertically to the outer edge of his right eyebrow, when he found the "Mars" candy bar, but it was gone less than 30 seconds later (after he found the gun). Other mistake: Sharyn was hooked up to an IV catheter somewhere in her upper arm (underneath her gown's short sleeve). The IV's location is unusual because IV catheters are usually placed in an easily accessible location, such as the back of the hand or forearm. When Sharyn ran out of her room, she apparently ripped out the IV without injuring the injection site or causing any bleeding. After being returned to her room from her escape attempt, she no longer required IV therapy (wasn't hooked up). (00:06:30 - 00:07:34)

Factual error: When Sharyn woke up after surgery, she did not know how long she had been there, but her abdominal scar was practically healed. Under these circumstances, she should have had a urinary catheter but did not. Also, when Sharyn lifted her gown to look at the scar, she was wearing bikini-like lace-trimmed navy blue underwear - it is unlikely anyone would have put such underwear on her after surgery. Stupidity: Gunner [Director and Co-Writer Brock Harris] was given a puppy ("Barnaby") by the nurse (?) who told him he was sorry his "[VA] benefits didn't go through."
