Continuity mistake: At Rosie's Cafe, the Virtuoso tells the Waitress to "leave the [coffee] pot", and she does. Continuity mistake: The chairs at the counter in Rosie's Cafe are neatly paced with their backs against the counter (with the one on the far right out a little) when the Virtuoso enters, but some positions change during his stay. Continuity mistake: The "White Rivers" note that the Mentor gave the Virtuoso at his home is different when the Virtuoso goes home and is placing it in the fireplace. "White Rivers" is now written in the upper portion of the folded paper. Instead of "White Rivers" being written on the same line, the words are written diagonally with "Rivers" indented below "White." Unlike the original note, "WHITE RIVERS" is in all capital letters. Continuity mistake: The Mentor passes (slides along his desk) the Virtuoso a piece of paper folded lengthwise with the crease toward the Virtuoso. When the Virtuoso reaches for the note, the crease is still facing him, but the fold has changed to the adjacent side. "White Rivers" is written near the bottom of the paper, with the crease above. Character mistake: During the planning stage, the Virtuoso said (narrating), "You have to hit a two-inch moving target on a car going 60-plus miles per hour from 50 yards away." He was watching the CEO drive past the window to where he parks in front of his business. The CEO was shown taking a sharp turn at the intersection and squealing his tires, but the location was inner-city with short blocks and traffic lights. Downtown busy streets with pedestrians do not allow (or enable) drivers to reach high speeds. (00:10:30)

Stupidity: The Mentor told the Virtuoso that the murder of the CEO needed to look like an accident. It was acknowledged that 48 hours to plan the hit wasn't enough time, but it had to be done. The Virtuoso - supposedly an "expert" - decided to shoot the front tire while the CEO was driving past the building, making him "overcorrect" and thereby slam into the building. Even IF this would have killed the CEO, a BULLET HOLE to a front tire would not look like an accident. (00:09:22)

Continuity mistake: At the cemetery, the Virtuoso was facing a headstone (grave marker) and the screen. There was an American flag to his right. The Mentor approached from behind him. When the Virtuoso stood up and turned to face the Mentor, the flag was now on the other side of the headstone. Also, no printing/etching could be seen on either side of the headstone. Stupidity: A virtuoso "lives off grid" as much as possible and is a shadow, but the Virtuoso opened his mail - a coded message - while at the independent post office. (00:07:25)

Other mistake: The dog ran from the woods to the plate of food set on the edge of the porch/patio, but approached the plate and started eating on the opposite side (with his body on the porch and facing the woods where he came from). A hungry and cautious stray dog would start eating as soon as he reached the plate. (00:05:13)

Character mistake: Narrating, the Virtuoso said, "You leave your vehicle in long-term parking and rent a nondescript sedan. Dark colors are best." After the first murder, the Virtuoso drives away in a light-colored car (white or gray). (00:23:35 - 00:26:17)

Continuity mistake: When the sheriff drives up to her trailer, a window to the left of the door is partway open. Approaching the front door, the window to the right looks closed. Liv's five friends arrive after the sheriff handcuffed Liv to the pipe and leaves. The window to the left is now much closer to the front door and is closed. The vertical windows to the right of the door are closed, but halfway open when there's a side view of the trailer. (00:06:30 - 00:14:26)

Continuity mistake: When the sheriff drives up to her trailer, the front door knob is located on the right side and there is no handrail. There is a vertical window in the door, separated into four parts. There is no blue strip of paint to the left of the door. As the sheriff approaches the trailer with Liv, the door knob is now on the left side, there is a blue strip along the left side of the door from the knob upwards, and the door's window looks different. Part of a wooden handrail can be seen, plus a twig. (00:06:30 - 00:07:13)

Stupidity: Liv and her five friends went to Willy's to set it on fire, but Liv insisted they first go inside to get the Janitor out. All were aware of the situation and danger related to the mass murderer and the animatronics, but Bobby and Kathy went into another room to "hook up." Kathy recognized the room as the one where the killers committed suicide and later saw movement, but she continued having sex with Bobby until he was attacked and killed. (00:38:48 - 00:42:02)
