To Battle the Living Planet - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: This series is in the same continuity as the other Marvel animated series that aired around the same time - X-Men, Spider-Man, Iron Man, and The Incredible Hulk - by virtue of each aforementioned show crossing over with at least one of the others. This episode, which originally aired on November 4, 1995, features a cameo appearance by She-Hulk. However, Jennifer Walter's didn't become She-Hulk until the season 1 episode of The Incredible Hulk entitled "Doomed," which originally aired on November 3, 1996. We know "Doomed" takes place after this episode, because the later episode of this series, entitled Nightmare in Green, features a plot where Dr. Doom meets Hulk for the first time after discovering that he is also Bruce Banner, and attempts to use him to destroy the Fantastic Four, and "Doomed" showcases Dr. Doom once again trying to use the Hulk to suit his own ends.

Behold, a Distant Star - S2-E10
Factual error: After Super Skrull falls off the top of the Empire State Building, the slap of asphalt that the Fantastic Four were trapped on tips over, resulting in it and the heroes to fall to the ground as well. Reed uses his stretching powers to catch Super Skrull and then transform his body into a parachute in order to safely land, and Johnny uses his flight powers to hold onto Sue and Thing and slowly descend to the ground. Despite all this, the slab of asphalt doesn't crash to the ground until after everyone has landed safely, when it should have hit the ground long before they all landed. (00:11:57)

Other mistake: When Rogue begins flying towards Cable after disarming him, she is only about 30 feet away from him. As she is flying towards him, he takes the time to pull a plasma grenade from his belt, pull out the pin with his mouth, and then throw it at her. In the time it took him to do all of that and given the speed at which Rogue was flying towards him, she should reach him well before he could throw the grenade at her. (00:18:05)

Continuity mistake: When Warren Worthington's fireplace is first shown, it is depicted as being raised off the floor and surrounded by masonry on all sides, with a wooden floor in front of it. When he is telling his girlfriend that she wouldn't want to get close to him, the fire is closer to floor-level, and the masonry that was underneath the fire is now a slab on the floor. Stupidity: When Johnny finds out his father is alive and wanted for murder, he is livid with his sister for telling him neither fact. When Sue decides to tell him the whole story, she asks Reed to pull a photo album from the drawer next to him, which contains a newspaper clipping detailing that their father was wanted for murder. If Sue didn't want Johnny to know about that, she shouldn't have placed the clipping in a photo album, and then kept the photo album in a communal area where Johnny could have easily discovered it at any time.
