Continuity mistake: When Morph parks the police car outside the gates of the X-Mansion, the front half of the car is in the immediate pathway of the gate. A couple of shots later, the entire car is parked along the curb. (00:02:50)

Continuity mistake: In the first shot of Rogue, Storm, Wolverine and Gambit watching Professor X's holographic message, Gambit's trenchcoat is colored yellow and his hair is colored black. The animators must have confused him for Jubilee at first, because those are the colors of her jacket and hair. (00:12:50)

When the shot changes to a first person view through Cyclops' visor, the background is merely moving up and down. If he was running as the previous shot had shown, the objects in the background from his point of view would become larger as he got closer to them. (00:16:50)

Other mistake: The show establishes that Jubilee is Chinese-American, but after she accidentally blasts Wolverine, the way she pronounces "Sorry" is the way the word is typically pronounced by Canadians (most of the show's voice cast, including the actress who voiced Jubilee, are Canadian). Plot hole: The establishing shot of the White House indicates that President Kelly's press conference is taking place there. A member of the Friends of Humanity disguised as a mutant busts into the room and starts terrorizing the reporters and destroying everything. The Secret Service would have either detained or shot this man long before he could have even gotten close to the press conference. Graydon Creed also shoves a security guard that tries to intervene but somehow isn't arrested for it. (00:05:50 - 00:06:35)

Continuity mistake: When Morph collapses after finally remembering how he came into Mr. Sinister's service, his boots which are normally yellow are colored blue. (00:15:00)

Continuity mistake: Jubilee destroys a Sentinel by tricking it into colliding with a train car full of tar and then using her powers to blast the car and cause tar to spill all over the Sentinel. After Jubilee is rescued by Rogue from the Sentinel that grabbed her from behind, the Sentinel that Jubilee destroyed, as well as the train car, have disappeared. (00:13:20)

Continuity mistake: The exploding playing card that Gambit uses to destroy a few Sentinels and draw the rest above ground is cleverly shown to be the ace of spades (also known as the death card in some folklore), but the card he is shown charging up before the Sentinels see it is the 2 of diamonds.
