Continuity mistake: On his deathbed George triumphantly utters "There's nothing wrong with me!"; the doctor cools his enthusiasm down though, saying that he wouldn't go that far. His hands are crossed in front of his body - at the cut though he's suddenly already browsing through George's medical file. (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: The doctor is examining George. George yells into the stethoscope so he takes the buds off his ears. Not just that; he removes the instrument and puts it around his neck. George then freaks out and starts naming various odd and even rather harmless conditions; the doc is wearing the stethoscope again. Flirting with Elaine you can see the instrument sorta shuffles around, with part of it exposed and part of it under the scrubs' collar, now the left side, now the right side. When Jerry breaks off their idyll with the Romeo and Juliet reference, the stethoscope is back around his neck, only to be again in use when George asks "With a knife?" (00:08:00)

Continuity mistake: When the doctor tells George that he can have some ice cream, he touches his arm. Difference is, in the first shot the clipboard is in the right hand, in the close-up it's in the left hand. (00:09:20)

Continuity mistake: In Berlin, Tim and Dan are having a frank chat about the state of the business once Mike left. The wet stains on Tom Wilkinson' shoulders change throughout the scene - particularly obvious when at the end Dan says "We're gonna get this one, Tim" and he answers with his jacket practically dry. Factual error: Dave Franco mentions the difficulties finding any hotel in Berlin because of Folson Europe and the Oktoberfest, which would be consistent with mid-September; in the year 2014 when the movie is set, Folsom started on the 13th. But he also adds that the G8 is in town, which is a question mark (couldn't have been the G8 Summit as it was not in Berlin but in Brussels, and in June anyway) and, "this week" the Berlin marathon, who took place on September 28th, definitely too late to be in the same week as Folsom. Continuity mistake: The day of Sophie's first birthday, just before the arrival of the babysitter the friends are having a toast with juice. When Messer asks "Are you crying? look at the glass in his hand; it's about 1/3 full, same as the rest the scene. Except after the doorbell rings, when Katherine Heigl asks "Why do you need a babysitter?" there's a brief close-up with Messer's chest in frame, and the glass there is about 2/3 full. (00:11:10)

Continuity mistake: In the shot the parents take with her daughter, Messer and Holly when the baby conks Katherine Heigl on the nose, Josh Duhamel's bottle is visible in frame, neck sticking out. Cut, and it's not visible anymore until a couple seconds later, when he is holding it from above. (00:14:20)

Continuity mistake: The first time we see Ray, he kisses his fiancée's hand. Elaine in that shot is holding her papers, with the thicker black book closest to her chest. A couple of shots later when he bows to "Jerry, lord of the manor" the books in Elaine's arms have switched position. (00:05:50)

Continuity mistake: George had enough of Ray's pawn shop story and jumps up calling him a thief. Watch the couple at the table; the woman, wearing a purple sweater, has her hand on the man's arm in the reaction shot, when nothing of the sort was happening in the wider angle. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: During the scene at Monk's, Jerry bumps George on purpose making him spill some coffee. George is holding his cup in the right hand and the menu with the left. In the reverse shot you can see Jason Alexander put the cup down, held in his left hand. (00:14:20)
