Walk of Shame (2014)

Continuity mistake: Meghan is at the initial meeting with the TV execs. During the scene, the pens in front of the various board members change position between shots, and in the cut that follow her suggestive "hold them steady" hand-pumping, the woman with the light brown sweater is first with her hands off the table, then suddenly on it. Relic Hunter (1999)

Buddha's Bowl - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Sydney and Nigel are talking with Robert Blaine at the beginning of the episode. When he mentions the Nepalese people there's a close-up on them. One student wearing a white T-shirt is walking up some steps - but in the next shot he is walking down other steps situated earlier in his path. A few seconds later, another flub with an extra; Nigel stops the museum curator just as an extra wearing white clothes enters the frame, but the person is gone in the sudden cut. (00:06:25)

Star Trek: Picard (2020)

Absolute Candor - S1-E4

Character mistake: Dr. Agnes Jurati, one of the Federation leading scientists, is bored during the hyperspace travel, and so she chats a bit with the captain. While she gives her quirky speech, she casually mentions that "there are over 3 billion stars in our galaxy." She's not wrong, technically, but the number of stars in our galaxy is estimated between 100 and 400 billion. She is way off. (00:08:40)

Suggested correction: Two things. You state that she's not wrong, which she isn't. The fact that she chose an odd turn of phrase doesn't make it a mistake. Plus, you reference the number of 'galaxies' in our galaxy but I am guessing this is just a typo.

wizard_of_gore

Oh duh, yes. It's absolutely a typo, I'll see that it's fixed. And well, 'not technically wrong' was just me being cheeky. You know that making a statement off by 100 times would be classified as a mistake in any situation.

Charlie's Angels (2019)

Continuity mistake: The new Bosley goes for a hug after reporting Edgar's demise. You can see as the hug begins that the sunglasses are not in Elizabeth Banks ' left hand, but it's where they end up when she says that "hugs work." (00:27:50)

Charlie's Angels (2019)

Continuity mistake: When Sabina is so shocked by the explosion that she lets go the battered villain who is very slowly walking away from it, in the overhead shot the bike is in a different spot (almost entirely into the driveable section of the road). More importantly, said villain is nowhere to be seen already, but he detonated the bomb at distance from the bike, 2 of the large tiles away from it, with each tile taking at least 3-4 of his dragged steps. He should still be there. (00:25:55)

Charlie's Angels (2019)

Continuity mistake: While Jane, ejected from the back of the car, is underwater trying to open the car door (for some reason), Kristen Stewart 'stunt double races with her bike towards the baddie. She is driving very close to the SUV and past it, but when we see the bike slide down the street the car is at distance; it's further down the road and it's nowhere as close to the smooth part of the pavement as it is in the approaching shot. Charlie's Angels (2019)

Continuity mistake: The standoff between the evil hipster and the fake waitress ends because of the safety mechanism of the gun; the guy tilts the gun to the side to check what is going on in two separate shots. (00:21:50)

Charlie's Angels (2019)

Continuity mistake: The duel between Jane and the deadly hipster in Hamburg has a moment of standoff when he blocks the table she kicked towards him, and they both look at the guns on the floor. Notice how in that shot the table is at distance from the chairs, but in the overhead shot that follows it is really close, to the point that the bowl that Jane knocked over is on the chair. Death in Paradise (2011)

Episode #1.3 - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: In the scene at Catherine's cafe, the lid on Richard's plastic bottle is off, on, off again. In the same part of the scene, the mug changes position between shots - its handle is pointing away from Richard or towards him, and when they ask him about voodoo, it even is alternatively in his hand or on the table depending on the angle, back and forth several times. Episode #1.3 - S1-E3

Other mistake: Inside Angelique Morel's residence, Camille spots an altar with pictures of an unnamed girl and says "This must be Angelique's daughter, Delilah." They went straight to the murder scene and from there to that shack, without time to consult files. Nobody mentioned the name of the daughter.

Death in Paradise (2011)

Episode #1.2 - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: Richard is walking through the market fending off the various street vendors. There's a POV shot ending with a woman wearing a headscarf that offers him something that "looks absolutely delicious." In the following shot Richard is still dodging the woman, who gives way to him moving aside in an entirely different way. (00:02:05)

Episode #1.1 - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Richard just closed the shack leaving the pet lizard behind, and is talking to the Commissioner who roped him into staying. Fidel and Dwayne are looking at them; the lighting in close-up differs noticeably from the wider angle (check out of the shadow on Dwayne's arm and on the wall). (00:50:35)

Death in Paradise (2011)

Episode #1.1 - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: DI Richard Poole is in front of the panic room, explaining how the murder happened. He is holding two evidence bags; the fact that the one with the .22 gun changes position between shots several times is made more obvious by the fact that the tag is visible, and each time Richard's fingers are covering different letters. Melodies of Murder - S7-E8

Plot hole: The plot resolution hinges on the fact that the culprit gave the illusion of the door being locked while the lock was already broken. And he did that by jamming under the door a rusty old fork, through the usage of a string. However, this appears really far-fetched to say the least; if the door was obstructed by an object under it, it would have not given way as if the lock was busted. It would have dragged, created a screeching noise and scraping the floor leaving visible marks (which considered it's a locked room mystery, would have been investigated). The person breaking in was Jack, even, who is supposed to be really perceptive and crime-savvy and not the average person.

Continuity mistake: Florence is listening to the tape recording with her arms folded. When Jack and Dwayne say that the two on tape had an affair, Florence makes a comment; her hand is raised open or on her upper arm depending on the angle. (00:33:10)

Continuity mistake: The Commissioner visits Jack at his desk to get updates. Jack is busy with the tuning fork; during the sequence it is quite evident that the distance between his hand and the fork is different in the two main camera angles used. (00:32:00)
