Continuity mistake: The Mon Calamari mechanic at the beginning of the episode says "I'll fuel it up" about the ship. Within the space of the camera cut, the eggs in the frog's tank have changed position from floating at the top to 1/4 from top. (00:05:10)

Continuity mistake: Mando wishes sweet dreams to the passenger and lies back. The frog's right hand suddenly is lower on the container. (00:36:20)

Other mistake: Mando's ship is crawling with spiders, but the X-wing pilots (who are amazing marksmen, apparently) exterminate every single one of them with their blasters. The ship itself was full of those, a few dozen rifle shots couldn't possibly get rid of them.

Revealing mistake: When the frog lady puts Baby Yoda down the moment she gets back to the ship being chased by spiders, the baby is a toy that scurries away in the most unnatural way. (00:29:40)

Continuity mistake: Amy Sedaris tells Mando "I know, I know, but I can vouch for her" when he questions the job. She is gesticulating with one hand, which become two at the cut. (00:08:50)

Character mistake: Cobb Vanth says that he's never seen anything but the dragon's head and had no idea about the size of the dragon...but at the beginning of the episode we could see the beast pass through town (conveniently right in the main road without damaging anything else) and its enormous lengthy body was perfectly noticeable. Continuity mistake: During the flashback of Cobb's revenge, it's obvious that the reaction shot of him taking a hit that is absorbed by the armor is edited in introducing an artificial pause into the pace of the action; the person that is slumping after being hit is still falling after his long dramatic pause in close-up. (00:23:50)

Stupidity: Mando needs to find the settlement. Asks for information and goes there by...speeder bike that he borrows from Amy Sedaris. Why, it is unexplained. He could more easily spot the settlement from the sky, cover greater distance, and be safe from threats.

Continuity mistake: Mando ties the hook cable at the base of the post but when he talks to the monocular scumbag the rope is just coming down straight with no trace of the diagonal part that ties it to the base - you can notice it distinctly well when he blasts the lights away and the whole top part of the post is perfectly lit. (00:07:35 - 00:08:20)

Chapter 8: Redemption - S1-E8

Stupidity: To "nurse and protect", the droid throws himself in the middle of dozens of soldiers with a baby strapped to his chest, going gung-oh. Later on in the same episode there are less stormtroopers to fight, but he does not engage them, and his allies say he does not have that kind of firepower.

Continuity mistake: Moff Gideon is able to best Mando also because he turns twice; he already has brought the heavy E-Web machine gun from shoulder level once, but Gideon notices the power unit and switches target when Mando is repeating the movement. (00:18:05)

Stupidity: If Mando's parents had not wasted all that time kissing and hugging him goodbye, they could have easily (at least one of them) climbed down the same hatch they stashed him in. The doors are not even sealed/locked, so it's not like they needed to stay outside to bolt them. (00:12:00)

Stupidity: There is no possible reason why Moff Gideon gives any time to Mando and the others, till nightfall even, since he knows they do not have the baby. They have nothing to offer him.

Continuity mistake: Recruiting for the mission Cara Dune, Mando tells her "I have a ship." One guy with a green robe passes by behind him twice in two separate shots. (00:05:55)

Continuity mistake: During the close-up on Baby Yoda with his little cute hands by the credits on the table, the chips are positioned differently and differently the table is lit. (00:05:50)

Trivia: In the credits roll, Burg sports a grey haired goatee, not at all like his design in the actual episode but very much like the look of the actor, Clancy Brown.

Other mistake: Since they received a distress signal from a beacon, the X-wings...destroy the station the signal comes from, instantly. Maybe it's better not to ask for help (Notice the fact that they continue to attack it and in the concept art at the end of the episode the station is shown as exploding, not just the gunship they were launching).
