The Mandalorian (2019)

Chapter 5: The Gunslinger - S1-E5

Character mistake: Mando's xenophobia against droids is so strong that he would not have them repair his ship (even harmless maintenance droids), nor take a cab with a droid driver, yet minutes later he talks to a droid bartender about a very sensitive topic like the search for illegal work.

Chapter 5: The Gunslinger - S1-E5

Audio problem: Amy Sedaris hands the rifle to one of the droids as she walks closer to the baby. The droid puts the gun down and a sound is played as if he set it on something solid, but in the next shot the rifle is gone and there's nothing but sand around there. (00:06:50)

Chapter 4: Sanctuary - S1-E4

Stupidity: The necessity to deal with the AT walker through a complicated plan stems from the fact stated by Cara that on the planet there's nothing that can destroy the legs of the mecha. Ignoring the Ewoks' guerrilla tactics from Endor, Mando has a fully functional ship that in the next episode one-shots an enemy ship and that he has no reason not to use in here (which is a planet outside any jurisdiction, against an enemy with no anti-air capabilities).

Chapter 4: Sanctuary - S1-E4

Plot hole: Mando tells Cara that news will travel of what happened on the planet and it's unsafe to stay there. Then he says that he'll go and leave the kid to live there. He is a bounty hunter, a veteran at the profession. He can't have forgotten about fobs and how they work, and that the bounty is on the kid. Wherever Mando himself goes makes zero difference. Chapter 4: Sanctuary - S1-E4

Stupidity: The whole battle plan of our heroes hinges on the fact that the AT walker will be drawn closer when they battle the raiders. Forgetting the very Disney cartoon mechanics of the 'training' of the militia, in the very opening we saw that the armored weapon was shooting all the way back from the trees, and during the battle itself its lasers hit at a far superior range than the good guys' flimsy barriers. The plan works only because the bad guys decide that instead of shooting comfortably from their positions burning to ashes the puny barriers the villagers hide behind, they are not going to use their firepower, and instead send the infantry to be slaughtered.

Chapter 4: Sanctuary - S1-E4

Stupidity: The cult the main character adheres to sanctions that under no circumstance other people should see his face under the penalty of being cast out for betraying his only family and ancestral heritage. So naturally he removes his helmet in front of an open window with a bunch of kids playing right there, and has his dinner right on the sill of his doorless shack. (00:17:50)

Chapter 4: Sanctuary - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: Back at the tavern, Cara is telling Mando a bit about her history and the peacekeeping duties. During the scene, the light on the table is different; the Child's bowl of soup is either in a spot in the sun or in the dusk. (00:10:05)

Chapter 4: Sanctuary - S1-E4

Other mistake: Gina Carano charges at the clueless Mandalorian, punches him right in the helmet, then misses him as he reels back against the wall, hitting the wooden boards, and going "Ow." For the rest of the fight she punches his solid steel helmet again several times including the big overhand right that floors him, and HE is the one that gets hurt. (00:09:00)

Chapter 3: The Sin - S1-E3

Revealing mistake: During the whole escape from the bounty hunters scene, everyone is shooting at the protagonist, who is ducking into a baggage tug. Somehow the blaster shots from all those armed men do not make a hole, or even the smallest dent or burn mark onto the cart or its content of boxes and drums. (00:27:00)

The Mandalorian (2019)

Chapter 3: The Sin - S1-E3

Plot hole: It is a well-known fact that Mando is the one who got the bounty for the target, and the bounty has already been cashed in. Fobs are, as shown, specific for just one target and bounty hunters return them. Yet everyone hanging around at the cantina has still theirs. And again, the bounty was already cashed in, and surely the imperial guy does not have another bucket of incredibly rare and precious metal to give away.

Chapter 3: The Sin - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: Mando knocks at the door and grabs the rude TT-8L/Y7 gatekeeper droid, ripping the eye part out entirely, nothing left on the arm. Mando then gets out of the Imperial hideout, he does it from the front door. By the door, but the security device has its eye back, still dangling off a cable. (00:19:55 - 00:24:30)

Chapter 3: The Sin - S1-E3

Stupidity: Mando keeps the stormtroopers at a standstill saying that what he holds is valuable, but as the stomtroopers fully know, the Child is good to them even dead, and in fact their boss gave out tracking fobs with the mission to kill it and don't even bother to try and catch it alive (which begs the question why nobody just used their ship to bombard the compound, since they cared nothing about the target's safety).

Chapter 2: The Child - S1-E2

Other mistake: To look for the beast wanted by the jawas, the Mandalorian enters the cave and uses a flashlight. But as it was easy to presume, and we see in the following episode, his scope can detect lifeforms and heat signatures even through walls.

Chapter 2: The Child - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: The jawas are about to leave; during the scene, the position of the shadows on the ramp of the sandcrawler keeps changing between shots. It is subtle at the beginning when it's just Kuiil, but as a battered up Mando returns with the egg, it's very apparent. (00:22:00)

Chapter 2: The Child - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: Mando dropped the blaster gun and just stepped out of the trailer to join Kuiil with the jawas. The Child is looking at him, but from a different spot between shot and reverse, as you can notice by the gaps in the railing. (00:14:00)
