Doragon! Muteki no ken to tate - S1-E4

Character mistake: Shun says explicitly that a Saint's body is no different from any ordinary human's. That's quite funny, considering that in the previous episode Hyoga fought creating temperatures of -100 °C (consistently, to defend himself, and aggressively to freeze Ichi), which would have messed up really badly both contestants.

Other mistake: Tatsumi suggests to stop the fight because if the contestants get seriously hurt, it would reflect poorly on the Graude Foundation, but the speaker of the tournament announced just in the earlier episode that fights can end in a contestant's death. Bit late to worry about PR issues, when it's already marketed as a fight to the death. (00:19:15)

Continuity mistake: Seiya is spread on the mat in a different position between the wide shot that follows Tatsumi's reaction to Saori's words, and the closer shot with Shiryu conveniently revealing the properties of his armor. Similar mistake a bit later, with the quantity of blood in front of him wildly changing - and no blood was seen in the aerial shot. (00:12:55)

Continuity mistake: When Pegasus is flying through the air after Dragon's punch, the forearm guard is cracked but whole, while in the next close-up it shows a big hole. This mistake happens again when he is lying on the mat, and the hole patches up, leaving room to a mosaic of cracked pieces that stay in place. (00:12:20)

Other mistake: Seiya parries a punch from Shiryu, but his fist breaks the armor's vambrace. During the initial hit, Shiryu's knuckles are colored flesh, but of course he is wearing the gauntlet of his armor. Similarly, when the armor breaks, it shows skin in the gaps, but the rest of the arm behind the shattering piece of forearm guard is colored red like Seiya's bodysuit. (00:11:55)

Doragon! Muteki no ken to tate - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: During the fight, the quantity of blood on Seiya's face changes often. For instance, when Shiryu says "Well, Seiya?" asking him to surrender, the rivulets of blood halt at the cheekbones, but the following shot shows thick streams of blood down to his chin. (00:11:35)

Other mistake: The Lushan waterfall is show as enormous and hundreds of meters tall, but when the camera is behind the waterfall and Shiryu punches it repeatedly to train, we see his arms going through it as if had a depth of a few centimetres. (00:06:50)

Stupidity: The tournament bracket of the Galaxian Wars makes hardly any sense, in particular in the anime where there is no explanation for its creation and why some fighters have a "bye"; the preliminary round is not over yet, two fighters have no opponents and one is missing, but they rush a fighter who battled just 2 days before, against someone fresh.

Moero! Pegasus Ryuseiken - S1-E2

Other mistake: When Seiya tumbles back on his feet after delivering the fatal blow to Geki, his upper left side of the torso is all painted metallic, but there's a section in between the armpit and the sash that should be his red shirt (you can see it in the correct color during the animation, and turn of the wrong color when it stops). Moero! Pegasus Ryuseiken - S1-E2

Other mistake: In the ending shot of the tournament bracket showing the potential future opponents, the two saints' names are written the wrong way, as "DORAGON" and "ANDOROMEDA", instead of Dragon and Andromeda. (00:22:00)
