Trivia: Luke Goss plays the villain Nomak. Six year later, he would play the villain Prince Nuada in "Blade II" director Guillermo del Toro's "Hellboy II: The Golden Army." Both characters have some notable similarities, including pale skin, the fact they both kill their fathers, and the fact that their sisters team up with the heroes.

Trivia: In the original script by David S. Goyer, the Reapers were much larger, more intricate in design and had many more monstrous features. Director Guillermo del Toro eventually reworked them into being much simpler creatures that were similar to regular vampires save for their pale skin and split jaws. He felt this made them scarier since they could blend in better.

Trivia: As initially conceived, the series was meant to be a family drama about the 24 hours that passed before a wedding, with each episode being in real-time. However, the creators worried that this idea wouldn't be exciting enough to hold an audience's attention. So they began to brainstorm other ways to use the real-time format idea they had come up with. Trivia: Ever since the film came out, there has been a conspiracy theory that it was secretly directed by Tim Burton, and that director Kinka Usher was a pseudonym he used. Alleged "evidence" includes the fact it was the only film Usher ever directed. In truth, Usher is a very real person (in fact, he's a famous TV commercial director) and did indeed direct the film... he simply decided to go back to commercials after the movie came out as he didn't enjoy the experience making a feature film.

I saw a movie years and years ago. I think it was a kids or family movie from the early/mid-90's. I just remember either the opening scene or the second scene introducing the hero (who was like a teen or pre-teen boy) playing Nintendo... and he was using his index fingers on the controller instead of his thumbs. I could swear the main character was played by Tobey Maguire, but I can't seem to find the scene anywhere, so it was probably someone else. (Maybe he was in the movie but didn't play the main character?) Does this ring anyone's bell?
