Possibly, but is it probable? Big difference between hearing someone else use it and using it oneself. Just as an example, if I ever were to travel to Britain, it would be an instinctive habit to use words like "elevator" instead of "lift", or "apartment" instead of "flat", simply because to me, as an American, that's what they're called.

Final Destination (2000)
Other mistake: When the plane takes off in Alex's vision, the plane begins to go into a nosedive, and the entire left fuselage is blown apart, sucking many people out of the plane. The plane then explodes completely, but in reality, the plane just takes off, and explodes almost instantly afterwards. No struggling with the plane is shown in reality, nor is the plane going into a nosedive. This is also proven in FD5, which is a prequel. The jet engine explodes, leaving a flaming tail, and the plane spinning out of control. The plane just simply "explodes" without any signs of struggle.

Suggested correction: According to the news report, "Officials believe deterioration of silicon insulation on an electrical connector to the scavenger pump may have leaked combustible fluids. A spark in the fuel switch in the fuselage may have ignited the fuel line and proceeded to the fuel pump which would have set off the catastrophic explosion." This spark, in the premonition, happened while they were already in the air, which is why the damage occured how it did. However, in reality, Alex has his panic, and they're escorted off. So instead of already being up on the air, the spark happens as soon as the plane takes off instead. Further, when you compare the timeline of the explosion in the premonition and the explosion in real life, roughly the same amount of time has passed, placing the explosion at the same moment it should have been to start with.
Suggested correction: Death will find any way to make sure that someone dies when they're supposed to, so regardless of how it happens, how natural is it when an invisible force is causing the explosion? Plus, just because Alex had a vision of it does not mean that the real-life occurrence will happen in the same way. It doesn't really matter how the plane exploded; all that matters is that it did.

Suggested correction: It is not unreasonable to assume it was simply put into storage rather than being thrown away. It was perfectly usable and could have been used by another member of staff if theirs was unavailable.
I've forgotten the exact circumstances of Dr. Vizeri's departure, but the Jeffersonian probably would not have a policy that required personalized work clothing to be returned. Dr. Vizeri indicates in the episode that it had been his strong desire to return ever since his departure, so it is likely that he would have retained the garment for practical, or at least sentimental reasons.

Correction: People are often more formal when dealing with money, business, renting, etc. Spence might not have felt comfortable approaching Danny directly. Perhaps he felt that he and Danny were not as close as the rest of the guys. Spence seems to have met Danny through Doug. It would not be strange for him to present the idea to Doug first.

Revealing mistake: The producers have not taken enough generic shots of the places the gang hangs out at; the Royal Diner, & the Founding Fathers. If paying attention (or, watching multiple episodes in a row), one will notice the same people wandering down the street an awful lot! As well, outside the Royal Diner, there's a weird-shaped street corner, that appears to force all traffic in front of the Diner. This would be due to the size of backlot being limited, and certainly doesn't look right.

Suggested correction: That is exactly how magicians perform the trick. Once inside the box the victim folds up into 1 of the 2 boxes and the blades inserted. Then cut and shown to the audience to show they have been cut in half.
Except the great Ganesh actually saws himself in half. He never learns the trick normally, he just actually saws himself in half and kills himself, then respawns. That's the idea of the scenes.

Corrected entry: The captured wight is placed in a wooden crate for the journey to King's Landing. On the way, the Hound taps the crate and the wight goes crazy, shrieking and moving around. However later, the Hound is able to carry the crate on horse back, unload it, carry it into the Dragonpit, put it down, take off all the bars/locks and then kick the crate over, with the wight having zero reaction to all of this, despite its previous reaction to much less disturbance.

Plot hole: Dom arrives in New York at the same time as Hobbs and his team. Dom meets up with Shaw's mum and then proceeds to steal the nuclear codes. Meanwhile at the same time, Hobbs and the team arrive at their secret hideout and start preparing the cars. The time frame isn't the same - Hobbs and co. simply haven't got the time.

Correction: Walsh was referring to inside the building. They met on the roof because it would be safe because the "two" shooters were inside. So they didn't need to worry about ducking for cover; until they stepped back in that is.
