Question: When Preston goes into Father's office to face off against Brandt and DuPont, he is surrounded by several guys in gray suits with swords. Just before Preston cuts them down with little effort, the one directly in front of him growls and Preston smirks. The guy that growls... who is he? I could swear I have seen him in a movie or something before, but I can't place where. I know I have seen his face before. Who is he and what has he played in?

Trivia: At the end of the Aztec level when the space shuttle takes off, you can tell exactly what they did for the fire effects of the engines. Normal shuttles would have a column of fire blasting down from each engine and have an ear shattering roar. But in this game, only the ends of the engines burst into fire several times rapidly as it goes up and the sound is just a single explosive sound on repeat. To get the effect, the game programmers set it like a grenade exploding over and over and over again at on the end of each engine.

Trivia: In an attempt to have more futuristic stuff in the movie, the crew was brain storming ideas. One that Kurt Russell came up with was the idea of a self lighting cigarette. They tried a few times to get such a prop to work and look good on film, but all they managed to do was burn Kurt's fingers.

Continuity mistake: On top of the World Trade Center, some "Redskins" are rocking the Gulf Fire back and forth over the edge and cut it loose. You see very large red markings on the Gulf Fire's wings. But when you see it falling in the next shot towards the camera, the red markings are gone and the wings are solid black. (01:19:30)

Continuity mistake: While in the back seat of the red station wagon, you can see a car coming up on the driver side of the vehicle about to pass them. Hank tells Earl to shut the hell up and it cuts to the driver who tells them not to use that language. The car that was about to pass them never does, it just vanishes. (00:58:55)

Continuity mistake: After getting a ride with the lady in the red station wagon, there is a shot on the outside of them coming towards the camera. You can see in the back seat that Hank is all the way on the left side of the back seat, and Earl is all the way on the right side. But then it cuts to the inside of the car and suddenly Hank is in the middle of the back seat next to Earl. (00:58:45)

Continuity mistake: Hank attempts to commander a car and gets slapped silly. So instead, the woman driving gives them a ride. The shot of the outside of the car shows they are on a street with almost no traffic. It cuts to the interior of the car and suddenly there are other vehicles all around the car. (00:58:45)

Audio problem: In the mansion during the second scene, Louis is among the group and his phone goes off vibrating. It is extremely obvious that the sound of the phone vibrating was actually someone humming in attempt to mimic the sound, and doing a poor job at it.

Other mistake: After his wife says she can get him a job with her boss, Frank steps off to the right side of the stage acting unsure of it due to his pride. When he goes there, some sort of blue light suddenly illuminates his body that was not there before.

Continuity mistake: When the mother is pressing the letter opener to the homeless man's wound, the girl wakes up from being knocked out. She sees what her mother is doing, and begins to cry. A tear runs down her eye and across her nose. A little bit later, it shows her again. She has not moved at all, but now her face is dry with no sign of the previous tear or any others.

Trivia: The plane that was shown crashed in the movie was bought as a junked plane, but in one piece. The film crew cut the plane into sections, trucked it into the city during the night and set up for filming. People saw the 'wreckage' and the next day there were stories in the newspapers about a plane crash, referring to this plane, pictures and everything. And it had eye witness accounts of people saying they saw the plane crash. Total lies as it was trucked in in pieces. (00:30:30)

Trivia: The production team soon realized during editing and early screenings that it was easy to lose track of where Snake was, or when. So in post production, they went back and did some additional shooting of just moments where Snake or someone would look at the time on his wrist clock to show where he was at. This also helped greatly to add to the suspense of the movie, allowing the audience to know how much time was passing and how much Snake had left. (00:22:15)

Trivia: Kurt Russell kept the outfit he wore in Escape from New York. The very first day of shooting Escape from L.A., he stepped out of his trailer in that very same outfit for shooting. Continuity mistake: The first night time shot of the castle shows the moon as a crescent behind the castle. At that point, it looks a little too big, but given the fantasy nature of this universe, that part is okay. But a little later when Link is out on his horse and hears Zelda scream, the moon has grown to an extremely huge and ridiculous size all of a sudden. (00:36:00 - 00:40:40)
