Love's Labor Lost - S1-E20

Continuity mistake: As Mark futilely pounds on Jodi O'Brien's chest, Carol can be seen in the background, removing her protective glasses with one hand. However, after the Time of Death has been called and they're showing the reactions of everyone present in the room (Susan, Carol, Carter, Lydia, Chen), Carol is seen taking the glasses off again, this time with both hands.

Viable Options - S6-E17

Continuity mistake: Luka is in talking to the first possible kidney transplant patient - he puts his pen into his pocket and is holding the chart in his other hand, also up by his chest. As he says "Minneapolis", the shot changes and we see him put his pen in his pocket again and his chart is down by his waist - there was no time for the shift.

Owner of a Broken Heart - S14-E14

Continuity mistake: When Morris is on the bed following his shock there are three point of view (POV) shots. Morris on the bed, Morris's POV of the medical staff hovering over him and a shot from behind the staff looking down on Morris. The placement of characters is misaligned between views, most notably when the shot is from behind the staff looking down: there is a sizable gap between the two on the left and right, where as from Morris's POV they are clustered close together with no gaps between the staff members.

Love's Labor Lost - S1-E20

Continuity mistake: Peter goes into the operating room, demanding to help with his mother's surgery. When he goes in, his cap is pulled down over his hair, but when he is talking to the surgeon in charge, about an inch of his hair shows for a couple of shots. The surgeon orders him out, and he leaves, and his hair is completely covered again. At no time did he adjust the cap.

Chicago Heat - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: Near the start of the show, Carol is on the phone in the ER - we can see her name tag pinned over the right side of her stethoscope. In the next shot, as she turns to talk to Mark, the tag is pinned over the left side of the stethoscope.

Chicago Heat - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: As Doug Ross sits with the little girl Kaneisha who is sleeping, her bedcovers change position noticeably in one shot, and then back to the way they were in the next. In the same shots, Doug's ID also changes from being completely noticeable to almost completely obscured, and then back again.

Make of Two Hearts - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: Doug and Peter are running to meet the ambulance transporting the boy with the crushed leg. From the back we see Doug with his arms out as he runs, but the shot changes to the front and he has his hands in his pockets, with no time to change naturally. (00:10:40)

Think Warm Thoughts - S4-E11

Continuity mistake: When Anna is holding the "virtual pet" after realising it has died, in the shots from the front she is holding it in both hands, but from the back it's only in her right hand. It's tricky to see because there is a pile of papers in the way, but her left hand is folded in front of her in the shots from behind.

The Domino Heart - S6-E11

Continuity mistake: When Louise is talking about her mother's Parkinson's, the camera shot from behind her shows her left arm folded up in front of her with something red over it - but the shot from the other side shows the red item draped over her right arm.

Abby Road - S6-E12

Continuity mistake: Near the end, when Elizabeth and her mother are having wine, in one shot her mother has put the glass down on the table, but in the next shot, from behind her, she has the glass in her hand again. There was no time for the change.

Make of Two Hearts - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: Carol goes to visit Tatiana while she is sleeping. As the camera shows a shot from above, the blanket over the girl has changed position noticeably. (00:31:40)

Make of Two Hearts - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: Carol and Carter are in the room with the patient Tatiana and the dog; Tatiana has a yellow marker in her hand. In some shots she appears to be hugging the dog and in others drawing something with the marker, with no time to change positions. (00:21:50)

Days Like This - S2-E6

Continuity mistake: The head of pediatrics is talking about Doug to Mark and Dr. Morgenstern and is holding his glasses in one hand. From one shot to another they flip right over in his hand, with no time for him to change them.

Out of Africa - S10-E5

Continuity mistake: Coop (new resident) has to have a dressing put on his face while a burn victim is being treated. In a later scene, he's assisting treating another patient and the dressing is gone. But a few minutes later, the patient dies and Coop's dressing is back.

Ghosts - S3-E5

Continuity mistake: Abbie is asking Peter and Carter questions about infant developmental stages and they are standing up straight next to the crib. When she says "don't worry, Dr. Benton", the shot shows Peter with one elbow draped over the crib and Carter is leaning over with arms folded. They could not have changed so quickly in real time.

Hell and High Water - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Molly's mother walks away from her daughter's bed and towards her ex-husband and has moved about a foot from the bed; the next shot goes back to Molly's face and we can see her mother's hand still on her shoulder, even though this would be physically impossible.

Two Ships - S12-E8

Continuity mistake: While Pratt and Ray are giving chest compressions, the victim points to a "pain" chart and leaves a smudge of blood. But in the next shot, the blood is gone.

Ral0618
