Other mistake: Miyuki calls Kindaichi at 9:48 AM. Hearing the pink dolphin hint, they run to the Kowloon Palace statue. When at that location Saki shows him the picture, the cell phone says it's 15:24. Too much time elapsed between the two moments. (00:17:00)

Other mistake: Throughout the episode, certain street signs ("Job&Piece", "Ocean Guest House") are used multiple times in different points of Hong Kong (for instance the establishing shot of the city, behind Kindaichi and his friends when they meet, during the bike chase).

Other mistake: Venom and Eddie are having a domestic dispute. Items rain off the window in front of a homeless person. The other passers-by change between shots. Not only that; in the second shot there's one extra who turns around acting startled by the man's shout. Does not really make sense; heavy objects just crashed down a few feet from him, anyone would have been startled by that first and foremost. Wrong reaction time/ direction of the extras. (00:32:45)

Other mistake: When Eddie reads Kasady's letter, it's obvious that the whole speech can't fit inside the postcard. Moreover, parts of it don't even make sense since Eddie could never "see" the part about Shriek; he knows nothing about her at that point of the movie. Finally, either way when we see him read the letter, the parts shown don't match the narration; for instance when he gets to the part about Kasady's heart stopping, it is on the part of the postcard opposite of the one he's 'reading'. Other mistake: Supposedly the one difference between this universe and the movie canon is that Janet was infected by a zombie virus before she was saved by Hank and Scott. However, in the original movie Janet actively led them to her by 'possessing' Scott and while intelligent, these Marvel zombies can't communicate. Also, Vision is settled in Camp Leigh, which appears to be in perfect shape despite being hit by a missile powerful enough to penetrate in the bunker in Winter Soldier.
Suggested correction: As I said in my other correction, differences between the MCU movies and this show cannot count as mistakes, since they are showing us different universes with different outcomes. Just because Janet lead Scott to them in the movie doesn't mean that's what happened in the show's universe. Same with the "Winter Soldier" discrepancy.
Without Janet leading them, they wouldn't have even learned about her existence based on what was shown in Antman and The Wasp, and they show the laboratory scene pan out as it did in the movie. Althought technically she could have been infected by the zombie virus in the minutes it took them to get to her inside the Quantum Realm. You realise that it's flimsy and it relies on people essentially not remembering the movie, though.

Other mistake: In the ending of the game, "its" is misused in place of "it's" twice in a single sentence ("it's support structure badly damaged collapsed, it's dying echo reverberating", etc). Also, first it mentions that Kingpin's dead and his empire of crime collapses over time gradually, then in the last sentence it makes clear that he's not dead at all.

Other mistake: In a weird move concocted for the movie, Carnage creates a tornado spinning around real fast with his tentacle sticking out. Against physics, one of the tentacles gets a hold of the prison chief and keep still for a few seconds while Carnage's body in the background has spun around itself a few times already. (00:38:30)

Other mistake: Eddie witnesses in horror from the window his former alien partner wrecking his Ducati bike in the alley below. Venom exits stage right and possesses a lady riding a bicycle, headed towards his right. Somehow, this double *right* turn leads to Eddie witnessing Venom's middle finger from a window to the *left* of his original position. (00:34:30)

Other mistake: When you beat the penultimate boss and head to the last level (called "Last Level"), the instruction "Chase and AREST" with a single "r" pops up.

Other mistake: The cop shoots a hole through the box she's carrying - but there's the small detail that there's no opening at the back of it for her to stick the hand into and/or pull the trigger. (00:14:00)

Other mistake: A copper alloy statue knocks away like nothing a huge mass of gold ingots; gold is much heavier than copper, cumulatively the ingots weigh much more, and even if being simply piled on one another would cause them to be moved as the statue topples, it would never simply breeze through them.

Other mistake: Everyone rushes to Miyuki's position when she screams having found the first "victim." However, she screamed a while before already when Kindaichi scared her, and nobody ran to her then.

Other mistake: The beginning of this episode does not match the previous one; Saki at the climax of the previous episode asked "Is that blood?" filming the scene, standing behind Hajime. In this episode he asks that when Kindaichi already turned around and grabbed him by the neck. (00:01:50 - 00:21:10)

Other mistake: Kindaichi is afraid something might have happened to Miyuki. Finding blood, he has a flashback with several images about her. The final one though, the one with her sticking her tongue out and making a funny face, is something he can't reminisce about, since he wasn't there at the time. (00:18:40 - 00:21:00)

Other mistake: At the beginning of the movie, Shriek reads an article mentioning that Cletus' story is "coming to an end", and Eddie is credited with uncovering "what the FBI and police could not " That doesn't fit with Eddie supposedly down on his luck and badly needing a scoop; and in fact the tagline is the same that will appear in printed and audio news later when Eddie does rise to fame again by discovering the bodies. Also, the article talks about Eddie Brock, but somehow is WRITTEN BY Eddie Brock.
