Corrected entry: Carol's head wrap is well intact as she and T-Dog find escape down a hallway during the alarm system chaos. Soon they run into another pack of Walkers, and he sacrifices himself in order to save her life. As she runs past him, and toward another escape door, her head wrap is still intact as she opens the door and runs off. Later, when Rick and Daryl happen upon that same hallway, and T-Dog's remains, Daryl glances downward, however, and picks up the same head wrap, now covered in blood, alongside her bloodied knife.

Corrected entry: In the corner cafe, Carl grabs his family photo and then he and Michonne attempt to sneak back out to safety, but get run in by Walkers. As she downs a few she and Carl run the other way. However during the escape, he accidentally drops the photo in the middle of the walkers as they reach the front doors to safety. Outside, he insists on going back for his family photo but Michonne tells him to stay put... She will get it. Moments later she returns holding the family photo. Since the photo was dropped near the front doors, which is occupied by the Walkers, this would have been impossible for Michonne to have accomplished.
Correction: This is not a plot hole. We do not see what Michonne does to retrieve the photo. She most likely killed a number of walkers to get through - we know she can handle a large group of walkers on her own so she most likely fought her way through.

Corrected entry: The 04/1982 season: Alan and Monica are newlyweds, who've just survived their first heated argument. Monica goes and locks herself inside a spare room in the Quartermaine mansion. Alan goes after her, banging on the door threatening to "bust it down" if she doesn't let him in. Monica reluctantly lets Alan inside and he continues the argument. Monica throws her arms up in frustration, but as they return to her sides, suddenly the seams on the right shoulder of her dress, separate, revealing skin - -and an obvious wardrobe malfunction. The dress was intact in earlier shots. (Watch also as Stuart Damon [Alan] struggles to keep a straight, frayed expression during the malfunction).
Correction: [Actually, the sleeve was torn by Alan during a heated argument downstairs, just prior to this, when he grabbed Monica's arm as she turned to leave. And they are not "newlyweds". They'd been married about a year].

Corrected entry: Amazing how Bandit and Frog are getting better acquainted - his eyes can leave the road for moments at a time, even though they are speeding 100mph, and not have a single incident. (00:50:45 - 00:55:55)
Correction: Most of the time they aren't driving 100 mph, and I've seen people doing things like applying makeup or using a laptop without incident in over 15 years of driving long distances.

Corrected entry: Previously (part II), Amanda sported a short, spiky 'do. Here, her hair is back to its original length, (as in the first film) Given the actual time-frame between parts II and III (about a year), this would be impossible as female hair grows only half an inch per month; maximum 6.5" in twelve months. Amanda's hair should be only shoulder-length here, and its almost as long as Lynn's.
Correction: It's been about a year. They have these things called hair extensions. Women use them.
Amanda Young would not be wearing hair extensions, lol. It's just a detail that was overlooked. Her hair would not grow to that length in a year, and her character would not be going out and getting extensions put in.

Corrected entry: Funn, Eggs, and Bell, with Vilma, await the audience's reaction to their film as it ends. The audience suddenly erupts into bravado ovation fanfare. Curiously, no actual footage of this 'Silent Film' is displayed, only the audience's apparent satisfaction of it.
Correction: How is not a mistake. There's a lot of things the movie doesn't explicitly show.

Corrected entry: JC is escorted into the open police room for the suspect lineup, in which they turn and actually face her. This would not happen in reality, but behind a mirrored glass to protect the witness during an identity.
Correction: Depends on a jurisdiction and facilities available. I was a witness to a theft, and actually sat in the waiting room of the police department next to the offender, while waiting for the constable to arrive so I could identify the suspect.

Corrected entry: When Kalibos attacks Perseus in the swamp, similar to Andromeda's visit, claymation was used instead of the actual actor.
Correction: This is far too common in the film to be considered a mistake. Many characters in the film are created by regularly alternating between live action and stop-motion (not claymation).

Emergency! (1972)
Corrected entry: Gage, DeSoto, and the crew are called to a serious truck/car fire accident scene, and are busy with putting the car fire out, while Gage helps DeSoto tend the wounded victims. The sky is overcast and cloudy, indicating rain possibly earlier in the day. This overcast remains during the hose-down. However, immediately after the fire is extinquished and both vehicles put out, the victims stabilized by ambulance, suddenly the day changes to bright sunlight and blue sky as Chief is calling in the OK.
Correction: Believe it or not, the weather can change that quickly in the Los Angeles basin. In late spring/early summer, an offshore marine layer often covers many locations near the coast with deep overcast overnight until late morning, when it can disappear very quickly - certainly in the hour or so it would take to put out a relatively small fire.

Escape from Alcatraz (1979)
Corrected entry: A painted dummy head fakes out the night guard inside Franks darkened cell, while Frank is up inside the vent system, confirming his escape route. The guard passes by Frank's cell twice, as after shots show Frank still toying around the escape shaft. Only a few moments later, the guard returns, suspicious, and remarks to Charlie Butts that Frank must be a very deep sleeper as the footsteps and noises have not awakened him. Then the guard clangs his nightstick on the bars to awaken Frank, but gets no response. He then grabs at the dummy's forehead and suddenly its a "sleeping" Frank - after only a split moment before where Frank was still shown in the vent system. Impossible time-frame sequence.
Correction: The cut between Frank outside of his cell and the guard checking on the prisoners may not be a complete moment-to-moment shot. Several seconds or even minutes may have passed between those two shots, quite enough time for Frank to have made a quick run back to his cell.

Corrected entry: As Louis approaches the kissing booth to see Betty, Stan's Darth Vader helmet is laying on the table. Betty disses Louis and leaves the table. Louis removes his glasses and puts on the Vader helmet (pretending to be Stan) and follows after Betty into the moon walk. After they have sex (Louis pretending to be Stan) Louis reveals himself to Betty, and he's wearing the glasses again.
Correction: There is a long cut between the two scenes, more than enough time for him to sneak his glasses back on. Given the thickness of the lenses, he would need them to see.

Corrected entry: The sick child Dr. Joe and Dr. Mike are examining is supposed to be fatally poisoned, but his head changes position twice during subsequent shots.
Correction: If the child is only sick at the time, then, even if incurably poisoned, it doesn't stop them moving their head until they're actually dead.

Correction: We do not see what Carol does after she leaves. It is possible that she returned and left her head-wrap. Also, her knife was found later on in the episode.
