Continuity mistake: When the bus drives off, Charlie is with his hands on his hip and he's holding the empty bag in his left hand. In the next shot, his left hand is by his chest and he's holding the string of the bag and the bag is over his shoulder.
Continuity mistake: When Indy is pouring the water from the Grail onto his father's wound, we see him pour all the water out. When his father takes the Grail, there's now water left inside.
There was no evidence of this, plus we never see it refill before or after. How would it be empty when they first find it if it miraculously refilled itself? This is a poor correction just to make a correction.
Continuity mistake: When Indy shoots the 3 Nazis while rescuing his dad, one of them falls and breaks a bench and lands on his right side. When they leave the room, the bench is intact and he's on his left side.
Continuity mistake: When Agent Rodriguez sits down next to Randy, when he tells Randy he has a plan B, he's holding a bowl with a red thing sticking out and sets it on the table. In the next shots of the table, the bowl is gone.
Narrator: Ladies and gentlemen, the story you are about to see is true. The names have been changed to protect the innocent. For example, George Baker is now called Sylvia Wiss.
There was a kids book I read in the 80's. As I recall, the kid was really into baseball but his father wasn't, he was into numbers and might have been an accountant (but that might not even be how it went). The only thing I swear I remember was the father said he knew when baseball's opening day was because it fell on the same day as tax day, April 15th. For the longest time I thought baseball's opening day was always April 15. I also have a feeling the father and son bonded over baseball when the father realised how much numbers and math was involved in the game.
Continuity mistake: When Driscoll is walking out to his car with his son, you see the driver's side window is rolled all the way up. When he sees Spenser and goes to talk to him, the window is now rolled down, even though he didn't do anything.(01:22:00)
Continuity mistake: At the castle, when there's 2 lines of people dance, one person from each side split off and start to twirl around. In the next shot, they're back in line.
Continuity mistake: When Harris is hanging off the side of the window washing rig and grabs Proctor's hand, Proctor is straddling the railing and reaching over with one hand and the other hand is holding onto the railing. But as Harris grip starts to slip, there's a shot of Proctor where's he's not straddling the railing, he's leaning over it with both arms grabbing Harris. In the next shot he's back to straddling the railing.
Continuity mistake: When Chuck walks in, there's a shot of Kim with her hands on her mail cart. In the next shot, she's holding her hand and her body is slightly turned away from the cart.
Question: At the end, during Cindy's play, there's a woman in a cream color coat in the audience that the camera and lighting seem to focus on. She's sitting cross legged and not reacting like the other extras. She seems totally out of place to be just an extra. At first I thought she was suppose to be someone and was going to do something (like reveal her superpowers or something). Is she suppose to be a character, like Ace? Did we see her earlier in the film? Is there a deleted scene with her? Or is it truly just a random extra?
Answer:She could be Cindy's Mom, who is video taping her daughter and not surprised by her powers. If not, she probably a government agent sent to keep tabs on her.
It's not Cindy's mom. The woman is after the boy is pulled up. Later Cindy's mom says "that's my princess" and it's a different lady (though a very similar outfit up top). I tried to see if there were other "out of place" people watching the other kids to see if government agents were watching them, but didn't see anyone.
Continuity mistake: When Jimmy and the kids pull into the news station, the shadows of the dishes and tower drastically change positions from when the park to when they get out of the car.
Continuity mistake: The newspaper Hector is reading when Domingo comes in keeps changing around. For example, when you see him reading the sports page, there's half a picture of a baseball player on the front and the bottom half should be seen on the side Hector is reading. When we see what he's reading, part of the picture is now a football player.
Revealing mistake: When the coach is killed by the monsters, the blood splatters onto the camera lens. The blood stays in one place until the camera slightly pans and it moves with the camera.
Continuity mistake: When Quentin grabs the shock stick, he's holding it with his left hand. When it switches to him saying there's only one way to prove it, the stick is now in his right hand.
Trivia: Most of the time when the crew plays poker, they do what's known as "string betting", Riker is especially notorious for doing this. String betting is calling the current bet and then raising in the same turn. It's not allowed in most poker games. You either call or raise (or fold) but not both. Since this is the future (where rules can change) and they're friendly games, it's more a point of trivia than a mistake. But can still be cringeworthy to watch.
Question: I get why counselor Troi would wear what may be considered civilian outfit or non-standard uniform, but why does she never wear her rank insignia for the first 5 or 6 seasons? In s5e5, "Disaster", it's revealed she has the rank of Lieutenant Commander and is in charge as the highest ranking officer on the bridge after the accident. Did I miss something, or was this just something the writers decided to add late into the series? In previous episodes, I never got the impression she was a bridge officer, or even had any Starfleet training, only on the bridge on the behest of Picard who wanted an Empath to help when encountering someone, or something, new. I never saw her take command in any situation (for example, Data whose rank was also Lieutenant Commander, was often seen taking command of the bridge for night duty or other reasons). Was there any previous episodes that mention her rank or training or shows her insignia, etc?
Answer:Troi always carried the rank of Lieutenant Commander, and does wear her rank insignia in the 1st episode of the series, "Encounter at Farpoint" while wearing the "skirt" uniform. She never takes command prior to the episode "Disaster" because at that point, she had not yet taken the Bridge Officer's Test. She passes this test in the Season 7 episode "Thine Own Self", at which point she becomes a line officer and is assigned bridge command during her duty shifts (though we never actually see this).

Suggested correction: Automatic refilling seems to be the least of the miracles the Grail has performed.
