Factual error: In reality, Captain Bligh was never on board the HMS Pandora, and he was not present at the trial of the mutineers who stayed on Tahiti. At the time he was halfway around the world on a second voyage looking for breadfruit plants.

Ordinary People (1980)

Continuity mistake: When Conrad is at the swim meet, he has on a red plaid shirt under a gray sweater. When he arrives back at his grandmother's house, he has a white with thin blue stripes shirt and a beige sweater, and there is nothing to indicate that he stopped along the way.

Licence to Kill (1989)

Continuity mistake: When Truman-Lodge is shot by Sanchez, he falls off to the side of the road, but when Bond makes his escape through the fire, Truman-Lodge's body is shown lying in the road.

wizard_of_gore

Factual error: When Bond and Amasova are on the speed boat going to see Stromberg, the underwater lair is super-imposed on the horizon, rather than midway. This would make the lair around 50 miles high.

wizard_of_gore

Revealing mistake: When the boat blasts out of Stromberg's lair and lands in the water, it's obviously a miniature and the people inside are obviously dummies.

wizard_of_gore

Deliberate mistake: As the Lotus drives off the pier and enters the water, the exposed underbody is that of a normal car. After it enters the sea, the underbody we see is completely sealed, which it needs to be to allow the car to submerge.
