Big (1988)

Corrected entry: When Josh and Susan go on their date to the amusement park, Susan wipes mustard off her face with her bare hand. The next shot of her, she is shown wearing a glove on that same hand. Her arms were full of stuffed animals - no way she could have put the glove on so quickly.

Ral0618

Correction: Not only was there enough time for her to slip her glove back on (6 seconds), but you can actually see her pulling it on in the following shot, even with the stuffed animals.

That '70s Show (1998)

Correction: While there is never a LOT of snow on the ground, house, cars, etc., there are numerous times that there is snow on the driveway and the yard. The days that we see in the show are just those days without a lot of snow. Not really a mistake, just a choice of the writers.

Thirteen (2003)

Corrected entry: When Tracy is cutting her arm, you can see the line she "traces" with the blade before she cuts. (00:38:05)

Ral0618

Correction: This just shows that it is not the first time she has cut herself.

Corrected entry: Right before Daphne pushes Armistad into the water, he is shown rubbing her arm, but shots of his face show him "petting" the air, not physically touching Daphne's arm. He only touches her arm when Daphne's face is shown.

Ral0618

Correction: When you watch the movie with Ashley's commentaries, she says herself that it only looks that way. Then she goes on to say that he was actually touching her arm.

Corrected entry: When Hirschfelder is about to get beat up, he runs past a large garbage can which has a "Waste Management" logo on it. "WM" did not exsist until the mid to late 80s.

Ral0618

Correction: Waste Management Inc. was actually started in 1968 by Dean Buntrock.

Dragonfly (2002)

Corrected entry: After the guide pulls Joe out of the bus, the guide waits for him to "come to". He tells Joe that he's been sleeping for about an hour, yet Joe's clothes are completely dry.

Ral0618

Correction: An hour is plenty of time for cotton clothes to dry after being in the water, especially in the hot weather in the rainforest.

Three's Company (1977)

Correction: Chrissy is actually holding the coffee pot with a pot holder.

Corrected entry: When Jess' parents are telling her for the first time that she cannot play football anymore, her mother has 3 bracelets on her right arm (1 silver, 2 gold). The silver one disappears for a short time, then reappears before the end of the scene.

Ral0618

Correction: Continue to watch closely and you will see that the gold bracelets merely slipped over the silver one. The gold bracelets fall down off the silver one shortly after it appears that the silver one is "missing."

Friends (1994)

Correction: The door we see is actually Chandler's bedroom door and since Joanna is inside (we saw her go in), she could have opened it.

tw_stuart

Corrected entry: As Cheech and Chong are watching the nuns get busted, the shot from inside the van shows the driver's door open. But when the shot changes with the van in the background, you can see the door is shut.

Ral0618

Correction: You can clearly see the door is never shut from when the deputy opens it to they drive away.

The Burbs (1989)

Corrected entry: When the Klopeck's son comes out on the porch for the first time, there is a scan shot of the neighborhood from his point of view. Missing across the street is the Army guy and his sexy wife who are shown gardening in front of their house in the subsequent shots.

Ral0618

Correction: During the scan, you can see the Rumsfeld's across the street. They are behind the flag pole in their front yard.

Seinfeld (1990)

Correction: If it has been a few days, it shouldn't strike anyone as unusual that he could be wearing the same outfit. It certainly could be that no items were changed during shooting, but it is believable as a real life situation.

Zwn Annwn

Correction: I mostly wear the same outfit for 3 or 4 days.

Correction: This is wrong, but the corrections don't even say why. The blue shirt/green pants Jerry is wearing is NOT from the first attempt to see The Movie. The first time he's wearing a pinkish sweatshirt and blue jeans and he stays home. The second time is when he's wearing the outfit described and Elaine stays at Jerry's. The man with The Dog calls when Elaine is there and she tells him he better pick The Dog up that night. Which is he does and it's why Jerry is wearing the same thing.

Muriel's Wedding (1994)

Corrected entry: The film was shot in 1993, but you can see a taxicab with an advert for the 2000 Olympics in Sydney.

Ral0618

Correction: There were ads for the Olympics years in advance, right from the bid (which was in 1993, from memory). So this is nothing really out of the ordinary.

STP

Corrected entry: Wouldn't the Doc have a problem breathing in the beginning of the movie when the Delorean is backing out of a smoke filled semi-truck? And why is there so much "fog" coming out of the car when the Doc first gets out? (00:18:25)

Ral0618

Correction: Just because there's smoke in the truck it doesn't mean the car is actually full of it. Also, it could well be some form of coolant as we see how hot the car gets, which explains why there is "smoke" there. Plus depending on the type of "smoke" it wouldn't necessarily affect his breathing.

Shrek (2001)

Corrected entry: When Shrek falls into the tower's roof, Fiona lays down with a fresh bunch of daisies in her hands. Where did she get flowers? It doesn't seem that any would be growing outside the castle in the lava...

Ral0618

Correction: Since the princess apparently is not suffering from starvation, dehydration, etc., it can be assumed that either she has limited access to the outside or that the castle is under a magical preservation that prevents death and decay.

Friends (1994)

Correction: If you look closely enough you can see her take it off and supposedly put it down behind the desk, out of view.

Beetlejuice (1988)

Corrected entry: When Adam draws the chalk door, a green light is emitted when the door opens. Lydia notices the green light coming from under the attic door, though this is impossible since the light cannot travel around the corner.

Ral0618

Correction: If the entire room was filled with the green light then it would be seen inside the door.

The Tuxedo (2002)

Corrected entry: When Jackie is fighting with the bike messenger, his shoes are pulled off. But when he lays down in the back seat to kick the roof, his shoes are on. There doesn't seem to be enough time for him to put them back on and lace them up.

Ral0618

Correction: Only one of Jackie's shoe gets pulled off and it stays off for the rest of the scene.

Corrected entry: When Marty first arrives in '55, he has to walk 2 miles into Hill Valley from where he leaves the car. But back in '85 he can get from downtown (crash near the movie theater) to the Mall in less than 10 minutes. Why need a skateboard when you can run that fast?

Ral0618

Correction: In 1955 Marty drives for a while from the future 'Twin pines/Lone Pine' mall spot to where he parked the car (the future Lyon Estates). It was dark when he started driving and daylight when the car gave out on him. Not knowing that he was in the past he probably tried to drive from downtown Hill Valley to his home. The mall is a lot closer to downtown Hill Valley. Maybe even in Hill Valley.

American Pie 2 (2001)

Correction: It breaks down into three pieces. The first bit she separates is relatively plain, the second separation is of the piece with the...fancy bits on it.
