The Hitcher (2007)

Factual error: When Jim is driving the car and slams on the breaks just before hitting Ryder, the car is thrown forward - during all these scenes, although it is very rainy and windy, the raindrops run down the windshield as if the car is stationary. If the car was driving at a very fast speed and it is windy, the raindrops should be blown upwards on the windshield.

The Hitcher (2007)

Factual error: There are two instances when Jim and Grace are not wearing seat belts and are involved in big car accident scenes, but don't even fly forward from their seat an inch. The first is when Jim slams the brakes on and sends Ryder headfirst into the windshield. The second is when their car goes flying off the side of the road after dodging the lorry. Friday the 13th (2009)

Factual error: When Bree hits the windshield of the car after being thrown out of the window by Jason, the windshield smashes like normal glass. However windshields do not shatter like this. (01:15:20)

Lizzie McGuire (2001)

Sibling Bonds - S1-E17

Factual error: During the montage of Lizzie and Matt at the charity drive golf tournament, there is one part where Lizzie is standing outside the Men's toilet as Matt uses it. However they are handcuffed together with cuffs that have a chain which is about an inch long, so there is no way Matt could use the toilet with Lizzie standing outside the door. (00:16:40)

Will & Grace (1998)

Factual error: When Trevor, Sean and Hannah enter the cave full of emeralds, rubies and diamonds, you can clearly see that these precious stones are not in their rough, natural forms. Instead the diamonds are crystal clear and look shiny and polished. In reality they would be rough and have a murky yellow tint to them. (00:32:40)

Factual error: When Dave hears the message on his voicemail from Claire, telling him that she will be round for dinner at 7 o'clock, he checks the clock and it is 6:30.p.m. However, bright sunlight is pouring through the windows. This film is set around the countdown to Christmas, so at 6:30p.m it should be pitch black outside, or at least slightly dark but definitely not bright sunshine. (00:30:50)

Return to Oz (1985)

Factual error: When Dorothy runs away from the hospital she is chased by a nurse, who has a torch. Earlier in this film the doctor said they two months away from the 20th century which gives the year as 1899. Such a modern torch that the nurse had was not invented yet.

Now and Then (1995)

Factual error: In one scene, we Dolores driving back home, after the scene where Vera tells her that accidents can 'happen' to wives husbands every day. The shot shows a huge full moon in the sky. Everyone who has every learnt any science/astronomy should know that a huge full moon cannot occur the night before a solar eclipse. (01:29:35)

13 Going On 30 (2004)

Factual error: After putting Jenna in the closet, everyone crowds together and plan to leave. One girl holds a diet coke can, which is obviously a more modern design, and not from 1980's. (00:10:30)

Factual error: The amount of people on the ship is very unrealistic. Although the low number of people is to benefit the plot, there should have been cooks, waiters, deckhands, boiler room engineers, cleaners etc. (00:40:00)

Suggested correction: Well there was a deckhand and boiler room workers. As for cooks, etc, they were on a class trip taking no more than a few hours. They didn't need all that.

Factual error: In relation to the position of the sewage workers shadow, and the way Jason kills him, there is no way that the splatter of blood would have hit the wall the way it does. In addition the blood looks like paint. (01:27:20)

Factual error: When Tommy is playing Zaxxon on his computer, he is about to go into a barrier and die. Firstly the audio of the ship crashing happens before it hits, secondly, in the next shot the ship has reappeared. (00:14:30)

Factual error: There is clearly no phone line connected to May's phone, when she is laying on the bed, waiting for a phone call from Adam. The port is empty. We saw her using it before. (00:33:20)
