Continuity mistake: When Ken Wahl is skiing down the mountain being chased, does the jump and twist at the bottom of the mountain and shoots the guy. The guy is in midair when he gets shot and he has his skis on but when he hits the ground the skis are nowhere in sight.

Continuity mistake: When the Soldier's team is breaking into the missile silo at one point they are told that a door will only be open 5 seconds but when the door opens the team has to incapacitate the two guards and the door is open for more then 5 seconds.

Continuity mistake: When Luc Deveraux and Veronica Roberts are on the prison bus and Andrew Scott is chasing them on the truck/base of operations Andrew starts throwing hand grenades. Andrew throws one that lands inside the bus. Veronica has time to fumble around for it, pick it up, scream about it and throw it out of the window before it explodes. After Clown looks like himself again he tell spawn that he hoped that Spawn would have killed Jason and start the apocalypse now and this was said right in front of Jason. Factual error: When Chris Farley is climbing up the side of the mountain to return the bird egg, you see the bottom of his moccasins and they appear to be made of a ribbed (for traction) material. Back then, they would have been made from animal hides and the bottoms would have been smooth not ribbed.

Continuity mistake: When Mickey and Mallory are marrying themselves on the bridge Mickey cuts both of their hands with his knife and then they hold hands and the blood is dripping off their hands but the next time you see their hands there is only a little blood around the cuts.

Trivia: In the movie Barry buys lots of Healthy Choice pudding to get the frequent flier miles. In real life Healthy Choice had this actual promotion and there was a news story about a man who bought a lot of the pudding and got enough free miles to fly his family on quite a few trips to other countries.

Factual error: In the scene where the helicopter falls off the bridge there isn't enough time to start the helicopter, let the systems get enough pressure and get the blades rotating fast enough to provide enough lift to fly plus at the angle the helicopter was falling it couldn't even auto rotate. Continuity mistake: After Lara drives the Jeep through all the water, mud and dirt on the plains of Africa and gets where she is going, the Jeep is clean. I don't imagine they have too many carwashes in the plains of Africa.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie Jake Hayes is in the CIA headquarters explaining to his girlfriend and foster mother that when a CIA operative is killed in the line of duty his name is written in the book and the book is sealed up so no one knows who he is, but the book is in a display case in a public area of the CIA headquarters with Kevin Pope's name there for every one to see.
