Continuity mistake: When Lt. Snyder breaks the phone booth window with his gun and points it at Hooker, Hooker's hat falls off. Yet in the next shot over Lt. Snyder's shoulder you can see that Hooker's hat is back on his head.

Visible crew/equipment: After Indy and Henry have escaped from Castle Brunwald, Indy jumps into one of the boats, pulls the motor starter cord and jumps back out, then just as he bends over to release the boat from the piling, right between Indy's legs the black covered arm of a hidden crewmember appears from under the tarp taking hold of the throttle, steering the boat away from the pier. Continuity mistake: When Freder exits the Moloch machine hall, in the shot of Freder descending the stairs the two motorized utility carts are missing. (00:15:55)
117: Die Hard
Continuity mistake: After he climbs out of the air duct, John McClane's shirt goes from white to green. The dirt and grime from the air duct would cause discolouration only where the shirt comes in contact with the duct. However, his shirt is uniformly green including places that wouldn't make contact and it is impossible for all surfaces to make contact even in small areas. (00:23:05 - 00:56:30)

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Bud is holding the DA out of the window you can see a wire attached to the DA's legs to stop him from falling. (01:49:20)

Revealing mistake: When De Niro gets shot in the neck, his bald skin cap wrinkles considerably when he presses the wound with his hand. Confirmed by make-up artist Dick Smith in the making-of documentary. (01:40:00)

Factual error: The strong current of the river the main character falls into carries him to a considerable waterfall. There is not, nor has there ever been, a river of that kind in the Ecoust front line area, let alone a waterfall. Anyone who has any insight into the geography of the region will tell you it is flat as can be. The largest body of water, the Yzer, gently meanders and flows into the Channel, even during really rainy times.

Suggested correction: I do not believe that either Ecoust or Croisilles Wood is in Flanders. Both are behind the old German lines at the Somme. That said, there are no bodies of water in that area.
Ecoust and Croissilles are in department Pas-De-Calais in the French Flanders, together with the Belgian flanders they are called Flanders Fields. It is indeed a flat area.
Also, the message in ink delivered is legible, despite having been submerged in water. And don't get me started about the attack from ridiculous trenches and not a barbed wire in sight.
It's not. Even French Flanders is further north. But, even though there are some high points in the area, like Vimy Ridge that rises to about 500 feet above the surrounding plains, the slopes are quite gentle. And, as you say, wouldn't allow for the kind of drop seen in the movie.
There is a watercourse that goes through Croisilles... But it's basically a ditch.
125: Downfall
Factual error: On a number of occasions uniformed Wermacht officers and men are shown saluting Albert Speer. Speer was a civilian and (obviously) not in uniform. Military men do not salute civilians.

Suggested correction: Speer, in his capacity as Reichsminister of Armaments and Munitions, would have been very recognizable to all Germans at this time and respected. Additionally, no Wehrmacht members actually salute or interact with Speer (by my memory), only Waffen-SS, who would doubtless be more loyal to a senior party member and willing to salute him. More so, if the entry refers to the Hitlergruß, the Hitlergruß was given regardless of rank per National Socialist ideology related to social equality.
One of Speer's many defences at his postwar trial was that he was a civilian, mistrusted by the military and never accorded military courtesies, which included them saluting him.
126: Top Gun: Maverick
Deliberate mistake: On the Hawkeye's radar screen, the Bandits virtually stand still after switching course to defend target (after destruction of the enemies' runway). While the Daggers complete their way to the Uranium plant, destroy it, evade the SAMs and return (save for Maverick, who got shot down), the bandits are still in the same place. This is a deliberate error: If the Bandits had progressed with normal speed, the Daggers couldn't have possibly avoided a confrontation on their way back. (01:34:42 - 01:40:30)
Revealing mistake: After Manco beats up Cavanaugh and places Cavanaugh's back up against the bar, while Manco faces him, three of Cavanaugh's henchmen appear at the entrance of the bar demanding that Cavanaugh be released. Manco turns around and kills all of them with his pistol, while Cavanaugh falls to the floor crawling toward his gun. Manco is walking toward the entrance of the saloon with his back to Cavanaugh. Manco draws his gun and kills Cavanaugh without looking at him. If you look closely at the tip end of the pistol, you can see that the only thing that Manco would have killed was the saloon floor. Continuity mistake: When Bruce is thrown off the truck when released from prison, you can see his bag in the background as he rolls at least 5 feet away to his right. When the angle changes and he's getting up, the bag is right in front of him, if not slightly to his left. (00:05:50)
129: The Kid
Continuity mistake: After the Tramp has found the Kid as a baby, he sits down by a drain and contemplates dropping the baby in. He puts his cane alongside him, so that it is at right-angles to the pavement (pointing towards the camera). The shot changes, and suddenly it is now parallel with the pavement.
130: Some Like It Hot
Continuity mistake: It is supposed to be night when Joe slips out of the hotel, but a daytime sky is visible.
Continuity mistake: In the very last scene in New Zealand when Jordan is giving a motivational speech, he approaches his first target in the audience and says 'Sell me this pen.' As he does so, he holds out a pen in his right hand. When we cut to the shot to the person's face, we see that the pen is in Jordan's left hand; this goes on and on with every person. (02:52:10)

Other mistake: A glass is dropped which had drink and one ice cube in it, however two ice cubes are picked up from the spillage.

Factual error: Opening scene shows NYC 1962 as a 1964 Chevy Impala rolls by.
Continuity mistake: The trees outside the court windows (behind the Judges) change places.
136: The Truman Show
Visible crew/equipment: When Truman takes his high school sweetheart to the beach, her "father" comes to get her. There is a shot through the father's button cam showing Truman backing away. Look at Truman's shirt and you will see not one but two human shadows. One is the father and the other is the "button" cameraman. (00:25:30)
137: Ran
Continuity mistake: When the two traitors ride away after seeing Hidetora at the top of the hill, Hidetora's left leg is exposed due to his kimono being blown by the wind. In the next shot of Hidetora, his left leg is suddenly covered. (01:41:15)
