Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the movie, when Peter tears his shirt to make a torch, he tears it at the bottom, from left to right, from one end to the other, creating a long thin strand. However, the rip on his shirt is from his left (viewers right) to about the center of his shirt,in a more round shape. (00:20:50)

Revealing mistake: When Susan is in the forest and shoots her bow and arrow to hit the guy off his horse, the camera pans to the guy falling off his horse and the arrow can be seen still on the bow.
