Revealing mistake: When Tony is telling Gibbs & Ducky that Abby got a hit on the dead sailor's fingerprints, Gibbs takes the file from Tony; the camera shows the file, which appears to be a legitimate profile sheet, but in the comments section, is the script that Tony just read aloud. (00:07:36)
Continuity mistake: During the stakeout of the apartment building, in the exterior shots of the Clyde Motorcycles shop, Danny is peeking out through a ripped paper opening within the letter "D" in Clyde. However, in the interior shots the black tape letters of the word Clyde differs. The paper is ripped between the two letters "D" and "E" and that space within the "D" is blocked with molding, making what is in the exterior shots quite impossible. (00:15:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When Jim-Bob delivers Betsy's mail she's washing her hair outside, and as she flips her wet hair back we can see the microphone under her halter top, while her arms are up. Then when she walks toward the cabin with Jim-Bob, the bulge of the mic transmitter is visible at the back of her shorts. (00:06:20)
Flipper and the Bounty - S2-E13
Visible crew/equipment: After Bud wakes up all alone in Bligh's cabin, he soon realizes all the doors are locked. Then, just as Bud rushes over to the stern window (particularly the second time), a seated crew member is visible at the bottom right corner of the screen; we can see the movement of a leg and two hands.
Continuity mistake: When the sarcophagus explodes, the blast door they escape through has no card reader. Once they stand up it's there. (00:37:55)
Continuity mistake: Kirk and the others are beamed down to the planet, and when the Enterprise crew are led into Mudd's throne room by two Alice androids (the Alice series are 500 identical androids) they are wearing the usual metallic, backless, kitten heel slip-ons, but in the next shot android Alice at the left is now wearing altogether different shoes - cream color with ankle-straps. Factual error: After Red receives the package containing the tooth, it cuts to a city image that reads "Warsaw, Poland" but the city shown in this image is not Warsaw, it is actually Budapest, the capital of Hungary. This specific image shows the Széchenyi Chain Bridge (Széchenyi Lánchíd) and the Buda Castle (Budavári Palota), in Budapest. (00:06:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When one of the guards cries "Destroy it!" watch to the left of Karga and you'll see a crew member in jeans hiding behind a wall. This was later edited out on Disney+. (00:18:54)

Continuity mistake: When Whizzer is pouring coins from a robbery into the hands of Melissa, she is wearing gloves in camera shots taken from one angle, but have bare hands in shots taken from another angle. This mistake is repeated 8 times.
Other mistake: Carrie the assistant brings Lisbon and Jane to Stutzer's office. She swipes her card to open the door. However, she does this upside down, swiping the bar-code instead of the black magnetic strip, on which she is holding. (00:09:30)

Visible crew/equipment: After Hank Dale tells Steve Pinkus that he wants to know "How it feels to get away with murder," Hank throws a punch, and in the next wide shot we can see the second cameraman's arms holding an additional camera, presumably to film the close-up, at the right side of the screen. Other mistake: The newspaper article that features Tintin and Captain Haddock at the end of the episode is a flipped shot, as shown by the text that has been reversed. (00:43:35)
Continuity mistake: When Jesse and Becky first arrive at the Fuller house, in the closeup Becky's left hand is holding out the duffel bag (similar pattern color on her shirt) in front of her, as she and Jesse poke their heads through the doorway, but in the next wideshot it's her right hand holding out her black and white suitcase in front of her.
