Continuity mistake: The two women near Peggy, who are sitting on the benches in the stands, are seated on the fourth and fifth levels in the wideshots, but in the close-up they're seated on the third and fourth levels.
Revealing mistake: When all the vampires are saying "for the dark", and one gets staked, there's a mark on his shirt where the stake's about to come through before it actually happens. Plus Buffy's hands are in the wrong place for her to have pushed that stake through, as well as there being no stake in her hand when the vampire gets dusted. Not only that, but the mark isn't even close to the vampire's heart to begin with. (00:34:50)

Continuity mistake: When Liane comes down after Eric says "Bathroom", you can see Cartman, and to the left, Stan. However, when the camera instantly changes to a side view, Stan is no longer there.
Other mistake: When O'Neill first goes to visit Teal'c in his cell the symbol of Apophis on Teal'c's head is upside down.
To Kill a Mocking Alan - S1-E5
Visible crew/equipment: When Alan drives away at the end shouting 'No way you big spastic. You're a mentalist.' the whole crew are reflected in the car windows. (00:27:10)
Continuity mistake: The first prisoner is moved up to the Holo Court and has his memories searched for incriminating evidence. Once they find the memory of him refusing to pay the temple, it shows the hand of the 790 Unit operating the machine pressing a button, and next to his hand is a switch that is in the down position. Once the Holo Judge passes sentence on the man, it cuts back to this spot again, but now the switch is in the up position with the 790 reaching out to flip it down, which causes the rail to switch over and put the prisoner on the track to get his organs cut out. Visible crew/equipment: When Elliot first walks into Maya's office to find her in there with a crying Nina, a boom mic drops into view. (00:12:51)
Opera House Murder Case: File 2 - S1-E22
Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode, the characters are gathered thinking back about part 1 of the case. Amazingly enough, the propmaster's armpit ate the A of his shirt. Now he's not a "BADMAN", he's a "BADMN." (00:02:05)
