Sir Alexander Dane: Could they be the miners?
Fred Kwan: Sure, they're like three years old.
Sir Alexander Dane: MINERS, not MINORS.
Fred Kwan: You lost me.
Tommy Webber: Go for the mouth, the throat, his vulnerable spots!
Jason Nesmith: It's a rock! It doesn't have any vulnerable spots!
Guy Fleegman: I know! You construct a weapon. Look around, can you form some sort of rudimentary lathe?
Fred Kwan: It's the simple things in life you treasure.
Gwen DeMarco: Jason, we are actors, not astronauts.
Jason Nesmith: Never give up. Never surrender.
[Guy is panicking - as he's the only generic crew member onboard, he think's he's certain to die.]
Lt. Madison: Guy, you have a last name!
Guy Fleegman: DO I?! DO I?! For all you know, I'm just CREWMAN NUMBER 6!
[As the others are about to exit the ship onto a random planet.]
Guy Fleegman: Don't open that! Is there AIR?! You don't know!
Fred Kwan: [Sniffs air.] Seems OK.
[Gwen and Jason have just run through rows of deadly chompers.]
Gwen DeMarco: Whoever wrote this episode should DIE!
Sir Alexander Dane: I see you've managed to get your shirt off.
Sir Alexander Dane: By Grabthar's hammer, by the suns of Warvan, you shall be avenged.
Jason Nesmith: You WILL go out there.
Sir Alexander Dane: I won't and nothing you say will make me.
Jason Nesmith: The show must go on.
Sir Alexander Dane: ...Damn you.
Alexander Dane: Dear God... How did I come to this?
Tommy Webber: Not again...
Alexander Dane: I played Richard III...
Fred Kwan: Five curtain calls...
Alexander Dane: There were five curtain calls! I was an actor once, damn it. Now look at me ... LOOK AT ME! I cannot go out there, and I won't say that stupid line one more time. I can't ... And I won't.
Gwen DeMarco: Well, Alex, at least you had a part, okay? You had a character people loved! I mean, my TV Guide interview was six paragraphs about my boobs and how they fit into my suit. No one even bothered to ask me what I DO on the show.
Fred Kwan: You had the... Wait, wait, I'll think of it...
Gwen DeMarco: I repeated the computer, Fred.
Answer: Dane is a classically trained stage actor from England. On the stage they have the saying "The show must go on". i.e. hundreds of people have payed for tickets to see the play, so the thespians go on stage to do the best job they can. Nesmith is reminding Dane of this as Dane considers it a stage tradition that he doesn't want to break.
