Burn Notice

Trivia: At the beginning of every show you'll see an on-screen credit for Consulting Producer Michael Wilson. Not only is this the name upon which the name Michael Westen was based, this person is a real former spy that was burned and helps keep the information and stories in the show accurate.

Pilot - S1-E1

Trivia: When Michael is on the phone and learns that he's been burned, the voice on the other end of the call is series creator Matt Nix.

Bloodlines - S5-E2

Trivia: In the second last scene, when Michael is talking to his mother, the Google Maps street view car drives by in the background. It is recognizable by the red camera equipment on top of the car.

Fightergirlpan

Identity - S1-E2

Trivia: When Sam and Fiona introduce themselves as detectives they use the names Cagney and Lacey. Sharon Gless who plays Michael's mother played Detective Cagney in the 80's show Cagney and Lacey.

Maria Santos

Trivia: The brown sunglasses Michael wears are Oliver Peoples Victory, with a brown tint made specifically for the show.

Scatter Point - S2-E5

Trivia: When the boat house blows up near the end of the episode (right before Michael hits Trevor), the explosion was actually much bigger and more powerful than the actors anticipated. Their reactions to the explosion are authentic.

Trivia: During filming of numerous episodes, the crew and cast had many problems with airplanes flying overhead, because they were in a flight path. Blooper reels make many references to this.

Shock Wave - S6-E6

Trivia: When Sam and Barry are pinned down in the house by gunmen, Sam is making a improvised explosive device. Barry says to Sam, "When are you gonna be done with that boomstick contraption?" This is a reference to the Evil Dead series Army of Darkness, when Bruce Campbell the main character says, referring to his shotgun "This is my boomstick!"

Reckoning - S7-E13

Trivia: In the final episode every character says the line they said in the opening throughout the episode. Fiona: "Shall we shoot them?" Sam: "You know spies, bunch of bitchy little girls." Jesse: "That's how we do it, people." Only difference is Fiona is the one who says "My name is Michael Weston. I used to be a spy."

End Run - S3-E3

Audio problem: When Michael is forced to do "errands" for Brennen, they stop by Jonathan Carver's house to get numbers from him for a voice key. The code played back at the facility is 71348. He says "3" in a medium pitch (tone) at the house, but it is high pitched when played back at the facility; he says "8" in a medium pitch, and it's also high pitched later. And finally he says "9" in a low pitch and it's played back medium pitch. Also very obvious is the fact that Jonathan never says "1" or "7."
