Then when Oliver stands up and announces that Lilly has the two tickets, suddenly the apple has changed trays and the juice box and milk carton are lying flat.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, the Stewart's neighbour comes in their house and takes their pot of candy. In the next shot when Robbie and Jackson are talking, the pot is back on the table.
Revealing mistake: When Roxy carries Robbie on her back up the stairs, you can tell that she has a dummy on her back (just look at his feet).
Continuity mistake: After Maddie tells Robbie Ray that her mother will be happy to learn he's alive, Miley tells her to take some of the happy and put it over by the suitcase, at which point we see the suitcase is zipped up, but in previous and following shots it's unzipped.
Continuity mistake: When Miley is about to tell Oliver that she's Hannah Montana, her lips are really black. When it cuts back to her after Oliver asks "Why?", her lips aren't black at all.

Continuity mistake: In the beach scene, when Rico sets down his candy box on the bar, the label is turned towards the camera, but when the shot goes to Jackson and then back to Rico the label is turned away from the camera.
Continuity mistake: When Miley and Robby Ray are at the table talking and eating the chocolate cake, the jar of jelly keeps moving on and off the napkin.

Continuity mistake: When the ketchup is on Miley's hand in the lunch room it disappears and reappears when she picks up her tray and also when Lilly puts the bracelet on Miley.

Continuity mistake: Miley has to hide all of the newspapers under her sofa, because they have the bad Hannah headlines on them. We see a lot of the papers fall out from under the sofa, but when Lily comes in, the papers that fell on the floor are gone.
Revealing mistake: As Miley is explaining to Roxy about the bully, Roxy decides to show them how she cuts the pineapple. When the camera cuts, the string that will pull the pineapple is visible.

Deliberate mistake: When Hannah is autographing the girl's face you can see that she has already finished, but when the shot changes she pretends to sign the fan's face again.
Continuity mistake: When Robbie Ray busts Miley for the fake rash, she says, "I'm healed...!" and her hands are empty, but in the following shot the phone is back in her hand.

Plot hole: Throughout the show everyone says that the TV show, in which Amber and Hannah are to be performing, is going to take place on Saturday night. It is mentioned three or four times. But, after the show, Amber enters the cafeteria and says, "Last night, I was on Singing With the Stars." If the show was on Saturday, they wouldn't have been at school the next day, which was Sunday.

Continuity mistake: When Hannah gives Sarah the money her fans raised, Hannah's jacket is zipped half way up. In the next shot, when Sarah faints, Hannah's jacket is unzipped, then in the next shot her jacket is zipped up half way again.

Continuity mistake: The blue towel Hannah drops trying to avoid Lilly disappears after the change in camera angle.
Continuity mistake: When Miley hugs Robbie Ray after his performance, the scene cuts from Miley hugging him to Miley standing right next to him.

Plot hole: When Lily leaves to go to the limo, Luanne dressed as Hannah stays behind and reveals that Miley is tied up. How can Miley have two identical outfits when it's obvious that all her clothes are one-of-a-kind?
I Can't Make You Love Hannah If You Don't - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: When Miley is trying to convince Josh to like Hannah Montana, Oliver is hiding behind a magazine when he and Lilly sit behind Josh. But you can see the magazine has been blurred out so we can't see what's on it.
Answer: He falls and breaks the chair, landing on the deck.
