To Serve Man - S3-E24

Revealing mistake: Stock footage used here is far too obviously borrowed from several old movies. While the episode is set in the 60s, people's clothing and all the cars are noticeably many years out of date. (00:03:05)

Five Characters in Search of an Exit - S3-E14

Factual error: When all 5 prisoners stand on each other's shoulders with the ballerina on top, she still can't reach the edge of the cylinder. But when just the 4 men do the same thing and the major throws his rope over the edge, he is somehow far closer to the top than he should be. He ought to be the ballerina's height and then some away - but he isn't. (00:21:30)

To Serve Man - S3-E24

Factual error: As well as the obvious problem with translating an unknown language as if it was a code, there is no chance that the word "serve" would have the same double meaning in English and Kanamit. It would be like the word "dope" and its French equivalent meaning "idiot" and "illegal drugs" in both languages.

Little Girl Lost - S3-E26

Audio problem: For reasons unknown, the child's voice throughout this episode is played by an adult actress trying to sound childlike - and the unconvincing imitation is painfully obvious. (00:19:25)

The Gift - S3-E32

Revealing mistake: At the end, though Williams is shot multiple times (by several rifles, no less), there's not a drop of blood on him and no holes in his clothes. Also, his "corpse" is visibly breathing. He's clearly meant to be dead, so the fact that he's an alien with healing powers does not explain why he's still breathing - or why the bullets left no holes or blood on his clothes. (00:22:30)

Young Man's Fancy - S3-E34

Continuity mistake: When we first see it, the grandfather clock is stopped at 2:33. But when Alex opens the case to adjust and restart it, the clock reads 4:40, and he moves the hands to 2:33 after checking his watch. (00:01:05 - 00:03:50)

I Sing the Body Electric - S3-E35

Continuity mistake: When Tom races into the house, the exterior shot is of a front door with six window panels. But when we cut to the interior view of him coming inside, the door has suddenly become solid, with no windows at all. (00:13:20)

The Trade-Ins - S3-E31

Continuity mistake: When the decrepit Mr. Holt gets his new young body (briefly necessitating a different actor in the role), his German accent mysteriously disappears. He gets it back when he returns to his old body. (00:21:00)

Hocus-Pocus and Frisby - S3-E30

Revealing mistake: Make-up for the space aliens was apparently changed after the closing scene in the store was shot and before any footage of the aliens' "true appearance" was actually taken. This resulted in Frisby, who is now telling the truth and finding no one to believe him, saying that the aliens had a single eye in their foreheads, when in fact, the aliens each had two eyes, in the traditional location. (00:24:00)

The Mirror - S3-E6

Visible crew/equipment: Clemente walks over to the portrait of the former ruler, and throws his glass. Just as he completes the action, the camera looks at the portrait. There is a movement of what appears to be a device on the right side of the shot firing the glass.

Movie Nut

One More Pallbearer - S3-E17

Continuity mistake: After sounding the "alert" for his guests, Raden turns around to fully face them, and as he addresses the Reverend, from the back his hand is gripping the arm of the chair. In the the next moment, there is a frontal shot, and Raden's hands are folded on his lap.

Movie Nut

The Arrival - S3-E2

Other mistake: As part of the story line, three men see different tail numbers on the plane. However, the first and third sets of numbers are printed on a big sticker, because the numbers are a different style than the second set. Also, they used two different planes. The second tail number is N67588, which should be on the bottom of the wing, but that number is N107932.

The Obsolete Man - S2-E29

[A bomb in Wadsworth's room is seconds from going off, causing the Chancellor to panic].
Chancellor: Please, please let me out. In the name of God, let me out. Let me out! Let me out!
Wadsworth: Yes, Chancellor. In the name of God, I will let you out.
