Bones

The Knight on the Grid - S3-E8

Other mistake: Towards the end of the episode, Bones and Booth visit social services and discover the identify of an elderly man whom they then suspect to be a Gormagon Master, who had retired from social services and lived in a nursing home. Much earlier in the episode, back at the lab, there is a glass panel with a flow chart of Masters and Apprentice Gormagon's - one labeled Master has the picture of the old man from the nursing home - this is before the visit to social services or the nursing home. The Verdict in the Story - S3-E13

Revealing mistake: At the end where Brennan is waiting outside the courthouse, you can see Booth's (David's) arm. You can see it just to the left of the large column on the right side of the screen. It is there before he leaves the courtroom, and before he walks up. He is supposed to be walking to her from the courtroom, but the actor is instead waiting behind the pillar for his cue.

The Pain in the Heart - S3-E15

Character mistake: Bones says the remains are from someone about 180cm tall, and when asked for the "English" version, says "approximately 5'8." But 180cm is nearly 5'11" - 5'8" is only just over 170cm. Not a simplification someone as pedantic/accurate as Bones would make.

The Pain in the Heart - S3-E15

Factual error: Following Sealy's funeral, in the scene at the Jeffersonian, a close up of Master Sergeant Booth's uniform, the service ribbons are displayed upside down. His bronze star is on the bottom right and it should be on the top left.

The Wannabe in the Weeds - S3-E14

Continuity mistake: When Zack and Cam are talking about the C5 vertebrae being shaved, Zack says there is no sign of microfractures and has his one hand raised with palm facing outward. In the next shot he is holding the bone with two hands. (00:08:40)

Show generally

Question: Between season 2 and season 6 we periodically meet a serial killer called The Grave Digger who's actual name is Heather Taffet. Having watched the complete series a while ago, one thing was never made clear (or I might have missed it) How did Taffet physically bury the containers her victims were in? The twins were buried in a park in a submerged beer vat that is stated as being 6ft high. Bones and Hodgins are buried around 4ft underground in a car. How does she manage to bury them without being seen or interrupted?

Answer: Answering my own question here but, having contacted various people involved in the production of Bones including Kathy Reichs, Hart Hanson, Eric Milligan, and Deirdre Lovegood who portrayed Taffet onscreen I finally have the answer. No-one know how she did it due to her constantly working alone. And she never revealed this information before her death.
