Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut (1) - S1-E14
Plot hole: Stan's grandad submits the video of Kenny being hit by the train. This gets through into the final, which shocks Stan and Kyle. But shortly the clip would have had to get through to the final by another episode, so shortly Stan and Kyle wouldn't have been so surprised. The video couldn't have been submitted before, as Stans video was submitted first.
An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Shelly throws Stan on the carpet, but then in the closeup, something blue appears under him. (Despite a deleted scene, this is still a mistake within the show.)
Cartman Gets an Anal Probe - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: The "School Food Is Good Food" poster in the cafeteria changes fonts between shots. (00:10:50)
Butters' Very Own Episode - S5-E14
Continuity mistake: When we view Butters from the front of the car, the clip of his seatbelt is above the seat, but when the shot changes to a closeup of Butters, the clip is below the top of the seat. (00:07:55)
Continuity mistake: When Stan pukes on to the desk when Miss Ellen says his name at first, it is pink. Then when the camera cuts back to him, it is brown. Then when he pukes the second time and Kyle says "You had waffles for breakfast huh?" it is pink again.
Other mistake: During the fight between the Internet stars, no one kills Afro Ninja, but he is dead at the end.
Continuity mistake: S12, E14 'Ungroundable': When Butters enters the computer room at the start, he approaches from the screen right. Camera cuts to the doorway and now he appears from screen left. (00:01:25)
Factual error: When the audience is shown waiting for the concert to start, a crescent moon is shown above the horizon with the curve facing away from the horizon. This is not possible as the curve of the crescent moon during darkness is always facing into the horizon.
Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery - S3-E10
Character mistake: Cartman tells his mother that there are only 72 shopping days left until Christmas. Christmas is 55 days after Halloween.
Character mistake: When Cartman goes to wrap the chain around the locker room door, there are two signs that read 'Boy's Locker Room', one on the wall pointing to the locker room and one on the locker room door. The sign has been written incorrectly; the word "boys" has been written with an apostrophe after the Y, spelling out the word "boy's." In this context, the word is supposed to be a plural, not a possessive, so the word "boy's" should just be "boys." If it were written as a plural possessive, the sign would read "boys'."
Cartman Gets an Anal Probe - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Cartman accidentally sets Fluffy the Cat on fire, it jumps up into the air and knocks over a picture and it falls onto the floor. When Stan, Kyle, Cartman's mom and Wendy walk into the living room in the next shot, the picture has disappeared. (00:17:45)
Continuity mistake: When Wendy finds her report paper, it has "good effort" and her grade written in red marker pen on it, with a short note underneath it also written in red pen. In the next shot the "good effort" and grade number are still on the paper but the note underneath has vanished.
Continuity mistake: When Cartman throws a tantrum and makes his Mum go to the store to get him Weight Gain 4000, he throws his Cheesy Poof's bag to the floor. In the next shot it's in his hand again.
Ginger Kids - S9-E11
Other mistake: When Cartman is made into a ginger kid, his hair is suddenly longer than before and he has a fringe.
Factual error: Cartman flies from state to state. When Cartman reaches Ohio, the time says 5:00pm CST (Central Standard Time). However, if that was Ohio, it should have said 5:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Continuity mistake: Driving home from the game show, the road behind Randy's car doesn't have white lines as shown in a previous shot. (00:02:20)
The Succubus (a.k.a. Chef's Mama) - S3-E3
Other mistake: Cartman says, "What? What happened you guys? Is Kenny okay?" The bandages only covered his eyes, not his ears, so even if he's blinded by his bandages, he still should have been able to hear Stan shouting, "Oh my God! She killed Kenny!" and Kyle's reply "You bastard!"
Continuity mistake: Butters can be seen in the classroom when Mr. Mackey shows up to deliver the message from Cartman's mom. Butters is still supposed to be at the conversion camp.
Spooky Fish - S2-E15
Continuity mistake: When normal Cartman goes up to Stan's aunt and is vibrating, Cartman is shown with the boys together, then proceeds to go back to them from his "new chair."
Suggested correction: And Cartman is a kid who gets things wrong regularly.
