Show generally

Continuity mistake: The age difference between Chris, Meg and Stewie keeps changing throughout the series. At the beginning of the series, Chris is 13, Meg is 15 and Stewie is 1 (he is after S1 E3 Chitty Chitty Death Bang). In series 4, Chris then goes to high school so he must be 14 by that time. It isn't referenced that Meg has aged between series 1 and series 5 until S5 E10 Peter's Two Dads where she turns 17, so she must have turned 16 during the past five seasons. Despite Meg having aged two years throughout the series, Chris remains having only aged one year since S4 (Age 14 referenced in S9 E13 Trading Places). Then in S10 E10 Meg & Quagmire, Meg then turns 18, and still Chris hasn't aged. Also, Stewie remains one year old after all of Chris and Meg's birthdays. If it were consistent, Meg would be now 18, Chris would now be 16 (not 14) and Stewie would now be 4 (not 1).

Into Fat Air - S11-E1

Continuity mistake: When Peter and the family reach the top of Mt Everest, it shows a long shot of them all by themselves. Cut to Lois talking - another family is suddenly sitting there, and the woman says "we beat you by one hour and 11 minutes." (00:14:00)

The Big Bang Theory - S9-E16

Continuity mistake: When Brian and Stewie arrive in Leonardo's atelier we know that they are in Florence for two reasons: because of history and because we see Palazzo Vecchio (which is in Piazza della Signoria, in Florence) outside the window. Then when Stewie and Bertram are fighting with Leonardo's flying machine the city of Florence is wrongly represented as if it was Venice, with the see, the lagoon and the canals.

A Fistful of Meg - S12-E4

Continuity mistake: In the episode "FOX-y Lady" (7-10) it was established that Quagmire was 61 years old. In this episode, Quagmire stated to Meg he was bullied in 1986 and a flashback shows that he was a teenager. So how could Quagmire have been bullied in 1986 as a teenager if he should have been in his 30's at this time? (00:12:15)

Yug Ylimaf - S11-E4

And Then There Were Fewer - S9-E1

Continuity mistake: There are several differences during the flashbacks and what actually happened. Such as when Muriel is killed Diane appears with everyone else, but in the flashback she appeared moments later. Second, when everyone appears in front of Derek's dead body there are two differences, Tom doesn't say "Dear God!" in the flashback and Diane appears 1 second later in the flashback. Third, Stephanie doesn't say "Did the cork hit me?" when she is shot in the flashback. Fourth, Priscilla isn't wearing a scarf in the flashback even though when it actually happened she was wearing a scarf. Fifth, when Derek says he is going up to the roof he is standing next to Peter and Lois, in the flashback he standing next to Lois and Jillian. Sixth, when Derek leaves the dining room to go to the balcony, no-one is standing next to the door, but in the flashback Diane and Doctor Hartman are standing right next too the door. Seven, when Muriel is killed she is in the middle of a hallway. But in the flashback, she is killed outside Tom Tucker's room.
