Alcoholics Unanimous - S3-E9

Revealing mistake: When the tent roof caves in and the projector shorts out in a gush of water from above, you can see that actually the projector "shorts out" before the tent roof ruptures. The crew probably didn't want to risk the pyrotechnic devices getting wet. (00:02:25)

The Kids - S4-E8

Dear Sis - S7-E14

Continuity mistake: Charles (in scrubs), Radar, and Father Mulchahy are all in the changing room when Radar and Mulchahy go take a phone call. When entering the comm room, Charles has appeared and is complaining about waiting for a phone call in his fatigues.

The Army-Navy Game - S1-E20

Other mistake: During the game, when the second bomb goes off, the whole building is shaking and things are falling all around but the drinks on the table do not move at all.

Bug Out - S5-E1

Revealing mistake: When Col. Potter is in the helicopter looking for a new site for the camp, you can see landscape reflecting in the canopy. This never changes position although they're meant to be flying around. (00:22:30)

Payday - S3-E22

Continuity mistake: When the Captain from Acc.Fin. interrupts the poker game to arrest Hawkeye he leans over, puts the file down in front of Henry and asks him to sign it. In the next shot, the Captain is standing back from the table with the file under his arm. (00:23:30)

Mad Dogs and Servicemen - S3-E13

Other mistake: Hawkeye, Henry and Trapper are playing scrabble. The board is in an illegal state - in the lower right corner 'it', 'jot', 'joy' 'yearn' and 'in' are not connected to the rest of the words. Since the others call Hawkeye on his non-existant word, I'm assuming they're playing properly. (00:15:35)

Frank Burns: You disgust me!
Hawkeye: You're right, Frank... I discussed you with everyone I know and we all find you disgusting.

Abyssinia, Henry - S3-E24

Trivia: There were no American planes shot down over the Sea of Japan during the Korean conflict. It is rumoured that producer/director Larry Gelbart knew that, but wrote Henry Blake's death scene as he was very unhappy with the way Mclean Stevenson had left the show, and was determined to make it clear that there was no way he would be coming back.

That's Show Biz - S10-E1

Question: Talking with stripper Candy Doyle, Potter remarks that he still remembers how she used to spin her tassels and that he is reminded of this every time he sees a C 42 revving up. On the net I do find references to a C40A, a C47 and others, but no reference to an aircraft of the time called a C 42. What would he have been referring to?

Answer: The C-42 was a military variant of the Douglas DC-2. Very few C-42's were built, so it's questionable that Potter would specifically have seen that particular model, but, given his military background, it's not entirely unreasonable that he might use the military designation even when the aircraft in question is actually a civilian DC-2.
