Continuity mistake: When Will and Grace sit on the couch eating the chocolate cake, in one shot Will gets a piece of cake on his fork and raises the utensil. In the very next shot the cake on the fork has vanished.

Continuity mistake: As Karen is asking Mrs. Freeman to post her letter, Mrs. Freeman holds a black clipboard and a piece of paper behind the clipboard. As Karen leaves the room, between shots the piece of paper vanishes. (00:28:35)
Continuity mistake: As Grace unravels the scarf from around Jack's neck, the clothes in her suitcase on the table change between shots. (00:01:45)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode Will takes two bottles of water from the fridge. He unscrews the lid off them both and picks them both up. In the next shot he picks the second one up again. (01:03:20)
Boo! Humbug - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When the silly string fight happens, you see Nixon's can run out of string and he puts it back on the table when he takes off his mask. But when Will and Grace run back to grab the jaw-breaker, the can is suddenly full again as Will shoots Grace with it. (01:01:00)
Will on Ice - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: As Will collects the paper from outside the door, We see Grace sitting at the table, a pad and pen on the table in front of her. In the next shot the pen has vanished, and a newspaper has appeared next to the pad. (00:01:30)
Continuity mistake: When Grace is looking through the sheets pulled from the magazines which Jack gives her, the paper at the back of the pile she is looking at changes between shots. You can tell because the layout is different. (01:09:30)

Continuity mistake: When Jack is talking to Karen in the office, Karen is thumbing through a magazine on her desk. In every shot change the pages the book is open on change. (01:08:00)
Continuity mistake: As Grace leaves the apartment with her cereal, the location of the milk carton on the breakfast table changes more than once. (00:44:05)
Continuity mistake: After Jack tells Mrs. Adler that Nathan dumped Grace, she walks over to Grace. Grace is holding a plate of finger foods, with sticks in them. The sticks and food change position between shots. (00:14:35)

Continuity mistake: When Jack begins piling olives into Karen's mouth to try and choke her, Will shouts "Jack, Jack stop it..." and his menu he is holding is open, yet in the very next shot it is closed in his hands. (00:05:35)

Continuity mistake: When Grace asks Alex if he is alone, she then grabs him from his seat so he can come and sit with them. In the first shot he picks up his cell and book with the same hand but in the very next shot the cell has vanished. (00:04:15)

Continuity mistake: When Will and Grace are in Sandra Bernhard's bathroom, Grace takes a photo and then puts the camera in her arm. Between shots the position of the camera changes. (00:45:15)
Mad Dogs and Average Men - S3-E18
Continuity mistake: When Will squeaks the toy newspaper, Pepper barks and Will throws the soft toy onto the couch. It lands right at the end of the sofa. In the following shot it's in the centre of the sofa. (00:19:35)

Continuity mistake: The chess pieces on Will's table keep moving around, despite the fact the game is over. (00:30:25)
Continuity mistake: When Karen is sitting at her desk, she says "get out, already," and she has one bottle of nail varnish in her hand, and there are bottles on the desk in front of her. In the next shot she holds about four bottles in her hand, and now the bottles on the desk in front of her are differently positioned. (00:29:25)

Continuity mistake: When Will phones Jack, while he hides in the bathroom, Jack puts a plate of chicken down and answers the telephone. Then through the following conversation they have the position of the fried chicken pieces on the plate differ. (00:53:50)

Continuity mistake: When Grace is listening through the vent, she is leaning on a cushion. Between shots the cushion rotates because the stripes on it change from running horizontical to vertical. (00:43:45)
An Old Fashion Piano Party - S3-E20
Continuity mistake: After Grace rips all of the pieces of kitchen roll from the holder, in consecutive shots afterward, how far down the sheets of kitchen roll hang from the holder repeatedly changes. (00:58:10)
