The One With Ross's Wedding, part 1 - S4-E23

Other mistake: When Phoebe tells Rachel that she thinks she can help her get over Ross, she starts by saying that she needs some photos of Ross. Rachel immediately starts walking towards the kitchen, walking right past the red box of photos on the table beside Phoebe (which she will pick up on her way back and then hand to Phoebe), before Phoebe even mentions the chocolate (and then glass of water) she also needs. It's obvious that Rachel is headed for the kitchen before she knows she needs to go there. (00:12:00)

The One Where Paul's The Man - S6-E22

Other mistake: There are two mistakes in the scene where Phoebe spots Joey's picture in the laundromat. For one thing, when Phoebe says "Oh, here it is", she is looking in the opposite direction of the picture. Also, when she says this, her mouth doesn't move at all. (00:16:10)

The One With The Ballroom Dancing - S4-E4

Other mistake: In the scene where Rachel is going to take out the trash, Monica tells her the garbage room is the 3rd door on the left. However, when Rachel comes back with the pizza box and Monica leaves for the garbage room, she leaves the apartment and walks towards the right - there are no doors that way, just the stairs. The One With Ross's Wedding, part 2 - S4-E24

Other mistake: In the episode with Ross's wedding to Emily, Joey is talking on a cell phone with Phoebe as he walks down the aisle. Joey holds the phone out to Ross saying 'it's Phoebe', and one can clearly see that the phone's screen is completely blank. The phone isn't even turned on. (00:39:20)

Show generally

Other mistake: In 'The One with the Ick Factor' (Season One) Monica states that she is 26 years old. This episode takes place in 1994/95. However there are numerous other episodes such as 'The One With All The Thanksgivings' that show Monica and Rachel (who are the same age and in the same class) still being in High School in 1988. In 'The One Where The Stripper Cries' the two have to sneak into a college party in 1987 as they are still high school age. They should be at least 19 or 20 in 1987/88.

The One With Joey's New Brain - S7-E15

Other mistake: In the scene where Phoebe and Rachel are talking in Phoebe's apartment and Tom is waiting at the door, after Phoebe says "you are such a good friend", we hear someone say Tom, meaning its Tom's turn to talk. Extended episode only. (00:20:55)

The One Where Nana Dies Twice - S1-E8

Other mistake: When Ross is helping choose a dress and shoes for Nana to wear, he is behind the chest of drawers in the cupboard. He looks in a shoebox and finds lots of pink sweet'n low packets, then pulls down another box and lots of packets fall down on him. However, it is obvious that someone is above him showering the packets down, as they are coming from directly above him, not from on top of the door. (00:12:35)

Suggested correction: It's your opinion that Phoebe wouldn't have wanted leather pants, but that's not true of all vegetarians. Natalie Merchant was known for saying she was a vegetarian but still wore leather shoes. I was a vegetarian who would never have worn fur and still wore leather shoes.

Suggested correction: So he has his sweater on backwards. That's a character mistake, not a movie mistake.

Kathy: So, what did you do today?
Chandler: Well, I had an appointment to get my hair cut...
Kathy: Oh, it looks great!
Chandler: ...and then it got cancelled.

Trivia: The Magna-doodle on the door in the boys apartment has a different picture on it every episode. There is usually some tenuous connection between the picture and the plot of the episode.

The One With The Jellyfish - S4-E1

Question: When Ross and Rachel are fighting, Chandler hides behind the door and bursts out saying, "I knew it!" When Rachel says, "It's not that common, it doesn't happen to every guy, and it is a big deal!" is this just a Chandler moment or is there another joke I have missed?

Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
