An Affair to Dismember - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: When Doll-Tiffany surprises Andy in the truck, she smashes one half of the little window. It cuts to Andy, then when it cuts back, both halves are now broken. (We don't hear her smash the second half when it cuts to Andy.)

Other mistake: When Chucky's eyeless body hits the floor, for a split second when Chucky bounces, you can see there's a hole inside his head letting light through, revealing the head is hollow. However, Chucky's body is supposed to be full of human-like organs so his head shouldn't be hollow.

Other mistake: During the massacre at the theatre, Chucky is stabbing people from under the seats, presumably severing major arteries in the leg/groin area, thus killing the people. However, during the chaos, we see him stab up and an Asian woman screaming for a split second and her chest is covered with blood. How the heck did that happen from being stabbed in the groin area only a second prior?

Continuity mistake: When Nathan is bleeding into the popcorn, in the first two shots blood is flowing directly from his mouth into the popcorn, and there's no blood on his chin. In the third shot, suddenly there's blood on his chin that's dripping into the popcorn, and it's no longer coming out of his mouth.

Continuity mistake: When Michelle offers Nathan some popcorn, blood starts coming out of his mouth and dripping into the popcorn. In the first shot, you can't see the popcorn, meaning it must be down by his chest below camera, but in the next shot, the box of popcorn is practically right under his chin, so you should have been able to see it.

Audio problem: When Lexy walks up to Chucky behind the movie screen, you can see Chucky's mouth moving like he's speaking, but there's no audible dialogue. (It's shortly before he says "See for yourself.") Seems they decided to change the dialogue in post-production and cut out some of it.

Continuity mistake: When the mayor is giving the press conference, the press in front of her are instantly closer together or further apart from each other depending on the camera angle. Additionally, the configuration of them changes slightly depending on the shot, with people moving around slightly.

Continuity mistake: When all of the Chuckys are laughing, Nica/Chucky leans back and starts to move her hands towards her head. There's a cut, and suddenly her hands are already tucked behind her head. The main Chucky's head also rotates about 45 degrees between these two cuts.

Continuity mistake: When the one Chucky asks about twins, the two Chuckys next to him on the right side of the screen have different facial expressions when the camera cuts. Notably, one's mouth goes from open to closed, while the other's mouth goes from close to open.

Revealing mistake: During the big scene where the main Chucky is addressing the "Chucky army," you can tell most of the dolls aren't actually "alive." They're standing way too still and simply have a digital "blinking" animation applied over them.

Audio problem: When Kyle says "That's a good freaking question! But we need to kill ALL of them", her line is obviously dubbed in. It's a little too loud and has a completely different sound to it compared to all her other dialogue in the scene.

Trivia: Creator Don Mancini has said that the series will be taking heavy tonal and stylistic cues from the film "Child's Play 2," as that entry in the series is considered a fan favorite. This includes basing Chucky's look on the design seen in that film, as opposed to redesigns from later films in the series.

More trivia for Chucky

Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
