Correction: It's the American flag that is upside down. A flag upside down is a recognized distress call or a declaration of war.

Correction: I checked and there is no camera crew visible at all.

Correction: It's not an error - the second figurine of an elephant is given to Josephine at a different meeting, implying that Red's standard gift when he sees her is another figurine for her collection. He comments to her in the first scene: "What good is a collection if it doesn't grow."

Correction: Ordinary Japanese passports are valid for five years are in dark blue, and those valid for ten years are in crimson in color. Additionally, official passports are in dark green, and diplomatic passports in dark brown.

Correction: This has already been submitted and corrected. These are two different meetings and two different gifts. Notice the clothes and the weather have changed too.

Anslo Garrick, Part 1 - S1-E9

Character mistake: As Reddington sets up the blood transfer between himself and Ressler he inserts the intravenous line in Ressler's arm first and then in his own arm. This way the remaining air inside the line gets into the recipient's body and could very well kill him. Judging the expert way he handles the set up he should know to first insert the IV in his own arm, let the line fill with blood and then insert the IV in Ressler's arm.

Suggested correction: That amount of air would probably not cause any problem. It actually takes quite a lot of air to cause any issue.

Show generally

Question: How can Lizzie's father have died in the fire when in an earlier season, Red killed him in the hospital when Lizzie was already an adult?

Answer: The man Red killed, Sam Scott, was Lizzie's adoptive father, not her biological one. However, at that time Lizzie (and thus the audience), was led to believe her real father abandoned her and her mother, so expect more secrets to be revealed how her real father actually died (or if he's even actually dead).
